Kronik, bulaşıcı ve hızlı artış gösteren, sık görülen, sakat bırakan ve öldüren hastalıkların kontrolü için öncelikle var olan durumun değerlendirilmesi gerekmektedir. Durum değerlendirilmesi aşamasında kayıtların çok önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Türkiye için de Tüberküloz sık görülmesi, bulaşıcı olması gibi özellikleri yanında surveyans sistemi içinde düzenli kayıt altına alınması nedeniyle önemli bir hastalıktır. Bu çalışmada, Isparta Verem Savaşı Dispanseri'ne kayıtlı, 2000-2007 yılları arasında Tüberküloz tanısı ile tedavi altına alınan hastaların demografik bilgileri, tanı ve tedavi sonuçlarının kayıtlardan yararlanılarak değerlendirilmesi amaçlandı. Araştırmaya 183 kayıtlı hasta dahil edildi. Hastaların yaş ortalaması, 46,4±19,2 yıldı ve ortanca tedavi süresi 10 (4-65) aydı. Kayıtlara göre, Tüberküloz hastalarında en sık başvuru şikayeti öksürük (%25,4) idi. Akciğer dışı en sık tutulum ise lenf bezi (%37,5) olarak bulundu. Tüberküloza ek olarak görülen hastalıklar arasında ilk sırayı, kardiyo-vasküler sistem hastalıkları (%35,9) almaktaydı. 2000-2007 yılları arasında en fazla olguya 2005 yılında ulaşılmıştı (51 olgu). Araştırma sonucunda Isparta Verem Savaşı Dispanseri'nde kayıt altına alınarak takip edilen olguların, Türkiye'deki Tüberküloz insidansına oranla yetersiz kaldığı sonucuna ulaşıldı.Anahtar Kelimeler: Isparta, Tüberküloz, Verem Savaşı Dispanseri.AbstractThe Characteristics of Tuberculosis Cases which registered in Isparta Central District Tuberculosis Dispensary and The Sufficiency Situation of Dispensary Registries: 2000 to 2007 Years At first, the evaluation of the potential case suppose to be considered for the control of the chronic, infectious and rapidly showing an increase, high incidence, disable and malignant diseases. The registry studies play an important role in the evaluation of the situation. Although Tuberculosis has some characteristics such as high incidence and infectious in Turkey, it is an important disease because of the regularly to be taken under registry in the survey system. In this study was aimed at the evaluation of the patients who have been taken under the treatment with tuberculosis diagnosis, registered between 2000 and 2007 years in Isparta Tuberculosis Dispensary, benefit from registry of their demographic information, the result of their diagnosis and treatment. In this study 183 registered patients were added the average of the patients' age, were 46,4±19,2 years and median treatment period was 10 months (4-65). According to registry were found that cough was the chief complaint for the Tuberculous patients (25,4%), Lymphatic gland was also the most common extrapulmonary manifestation (37,5%). Cardiac vascular system diseases (35,9%) were the most common among the incidence diseases in addition to Tuberculosis. The maximum case has been reached in 2005 between the years of 2000 and 2007 (51 cases). In consequence of this study was come out that the cases which were followed after taking under the registry in Isparta Tuberculosis Dispensary were insufficiently as against Tuberculosis incidence in Turkey.
