Bu çalışmanın amacı, hazırlık periyodu sonunda futbol takım kadrosunun oluşumunda sporcuların bazı temel biyomotorik, fizyolojik ve teknik özelliklerinin rolünün araştırılmasıdır. Araştırmaya 3. Lig takımlarından Orhangazispor (n:23) ve Tekirovaspordan (n:22) , BAL liginden ise Isparta İl Özelidarespor (n:23) futbol takımlarında hazırlık periyodu antrenmanlarına katılan 68 futbolcu katıldı. Araştırmaya katılan futbolcuların ortalama yaşları 21.8±3.3 yıl, boyları 178.1±5.3 cm., vücut ağırlıkları 74.1±5.3 kg ve spor yaşları da 5.1±3.6 yıldı. Araştırmada antropometrik ölçümlerden çevre ve derialtı yağ oranları, biyomotorik özellikler ölçümleri için esneklik, kuvvet ve sürat testleri uygulandı. Teknik özelliklerini ise futbola özgü Futtek testi uygulandı. İstatistik değerlendirme, kadroya giren ve kadroya giremeyen futbolcuların değerleri arasındaki farklar independ t-test belirlendi. Elde edilen verilere göre, hazırlık periyodu sonunda kadroda olan ve olmayan futbolcuların değerlerinin karşılaştırmasında spor yaşları, 1500m dayanıklılık koşusu ve teknik testte sağ ayak pas değerleri arasında önemli fark bulundu (p<0.05) diğer değerler arasında anlamlı fark bulunamadı (p>0.05). Sonuç olarak çalışmamızda kadroda olan ve olmayan futbolcuların ileride kullanılabilecek referans değerleri belirlendi. Performans skoru açısından fiziksel, fizyolojik, biyomotorik, psiko-mental ve teknik tüm verilerin kombine değerlendirmesi ile hem yetenek seçimi boyutunda hem de gelişimlerini takip etmek açısından, araştırmamıza benzer diğer çalışmalara da yararlı olacağı kanaatindeyiz. The aim of this study is to examine the role of some basic biomotor, physiological and technical characteristics of athletes in the formation of the soccer team cadre at the end of the preparation period. Orhangazispor, Tekirovaspor and Isparta İl Özelidarespor soccer teams participated in the 3 rd league teams of the survey and 68 players participated in their training. The average age of football players participating in the study was 21.8 ± 3.3 years, 178.1 ± 5.3 cm in length, 74.1 ± 5.3 kg in body weight and 5.1 ± 3.6 years in sports. Biomatric tests (strength, speed, flexibility), subcutaneous fat and environment measurements and football-specific technical tests were applied in the study. Statistical procedures were used as descriptive and independ t-test between groups. At the end of the preparation period, there was no significant difference between the values of the players who were in the team and those who were in the team (p <0.05), there was no significant difference between the sports age, 1500m endurance run and technical test (p <0.05). Based on the obtained data, the reference values of future and future footballers were determined. In terms of performance score, we believe that it will be beneficial for both the evaluation of physical, physiological, biomotoric, psycho-mental and technical data, as well as for the selection of talent as well as for pursuing their development.
