Hizmet odaklı faaliyet gösteren otel işletmelerinin başarısında ve rekabet gücünde, yaratıcı çalışanların oldukça önemli olduğu vurgulanmaktadır. Çalışanların yaratıcı davranışlarını etkileyen birçok değişken olmakla birlikte, bu çalışmanın amacı, lider desteğinin, çalışanların yaratıcı davranışlarına etkisini belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda gerçekleştirilen bu çalışma, Antalya-Kemer bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren 5 yıldızlı otel işletmelerinin yiyecek-içecek bölümü çalışanlarıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamına alınan 211 cevaplayıcıdan elde edilen verilerin toplanmasında anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen analizler sonucunda, çalışanların yaratıcılığı ile liderin yaratıcılığa desteği değişkenleri arasında pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. |

It is emphasized that creativity workers is very important in the success of service oriented hotel businesses and in increasing the competitiveness. Although there are many variables that affect the creative behaviors of the employees, the aim of this study is to determine the effect of leader support on the creative behaviors of the employees. For this purpose, this study was carried out with the employees of the food and beverage department of 5-star hotels operating in Antalya-Kemer region. The questionnaire method was used to collect the data obtained from 211 respondents. As a result of the analyzes performed, a positive and significant relationship was found between the creativity of the employees and the leader's support for creativity. |
