Bağımsız denetim stratejilerinin planlaması, denetçiler tarafından uygulanacak denetim tekniklerinin yapısını, zamanlamasını ve kapsamını içerir. Bu çalışmada, bağımsız denetim stratejilerinin oluşturulması açısından önem arz eden kaynak planlaması sürecinin en önemli aşamalarından olan işgücü optimizasyonunun gerçekleştirilmesinde CPM ve Gantt şemalarının kullanımı üzerine bir uygulama sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, bağımsız denetimde işgücü planlaması alanında literatür taraması yer almaktadır. Çalışmanın uygulama bölümünde ise çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı yöntemi ve kısıtları sunulduktan sonra toplam denetim süreleri ve maliyeti hesaplandıktan sonra fazla mesaiye kalınması durumunda denetim süresi ve maliyetinde oluşacak değişiklikler analiz edilmiştir. |

Planning the independent auditing strategies consists of the structure, timing and extent of the techniques that will be implemented by the auditors. In this paper, a study on the use of CPM and Gantt charts during the workforce optimization process, which is the most important stage of resource planning for developing independent auditing strategies. The first section of the paper consists of the literature review of workforce planning for independent auditing. The case study in the subsequent section consists of aim of the study, its scope, methodology and constraints. Then, total auditing time and costs along with the changes in the auditing time and costs after overtime working have been analyzed. |
