Küreselleşmeyle birlikte ekonomik faaliyetler için önemli bir konuma gelen inovasyon kavramı, kalkınma olgusunun perspektifini genişletmiştir. Firma ve ülkeler için rekabet edebilme gücünü arttıran inovasyon, teknolojik ve bilgi – yoğun ürünün gelişmesine katkıda bulunmuştur. Araştırma – Geliştirme (AR – GE) faaliyetlerinin de yeni üretim oluşumunda etkili olması inovasyon için vazgeçilmez bir faktör olmuştur. Zincir etkisine sahip olan inovasyon kavramı, bireyden topluma yayılan kalkınma piramidinin gücünü sağlamlaştırmıştır. Politika yapıcıları tarafından ortaya konan inovasyonla ilgili düzenlemelerin teşvik edici olması ve toplumdaki tüm kesimleri içermesi ülke kalkınmasını hızlandırmaktadır. İnovasyon sistemleri kapsamında piyasadaki inovatif hareketlerin canlanması firmaların rekabet edebilme gücünde ve ülke kalkınmasında kritik öneme sahiptir. Kalkınmanın üç aşaması kapsamında Çin’in verimlilik güdümlü ekonomilerde, Türkiye’nin verimlilik güdümlü ekonomilerden inovasyon güdümlü ekonomilere geçiş aşamasında olduğu görülmektedir. Almanya, İngiltere, Güney Kore, Japonya ve Singapur’un ise inovasyon güdümlü ekonomiler sınıfında bulunduğu karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Çalışma sonucunda inovasyonun kalkınmayı pozitif yönde etkilediği ve analize konu olan ülkelerin gelişmişliği inovasyon göstergeleri dâhilinde ortaya konmuştur. |

The concept of innovation, which has come to an significant point for economic activities with the influence of glob alization, has widened the perspective of development. Covered competitiveness for companies and countries has contributed to development of technological and knowledge – intensive products. The fact that Research – Development (R&D) activities are effective in the formation of new production is an indispensable factor for innovation. The concept of innovation having a chain effect, has strengthened the power of the sprawling development pyramid from society to the individual. The incentives for innovation laid down by policy makers are incentivizing and accelerating the country’s development in all segments of society. Innovation systems in the context of the revival movement of innovative firms to compete on the market forces and the country’s development has critical substance. China's productivity-driven economy in the context of three stages of development, it is seen that Turkey is in transition from efficiency-driven economy to innovation-driven economy. Germany, Britain, South Korea, Japan and Singapore where we come across in innovation-driven economy class. The result of the study shown, innovation has been positively affected the development and the countries subjected to analysis has demonstrated within the innovation indicators. |
