Sağlık, insanoğlunun en büyük sermayesi olup, sağlıkla ilgili eğitim çok önemlidir. Ülkemizde, sağlık profesyonelleri farklı eğitim düzeyine sahip olup, sağlıkla ilgili eğitim veren üniversiteler bu açıdan önemli bir yere sahiptir. Ülkemizde son yıllarda açılan bölüm sayısı ve üniversite sayılarındaki artış, mezun olan sağlık çalışanı adayı sayısında artışa neden olmaktadır. Bu durum sağlık personelinin kamu ve özel sektörde meslekleri ile ilgili istihdam sıkıntılarını oluşturmaktadır. Mesleğinde kariyer yapmak isteyen sağlıkçıların önü kapanmakta, iş bulma kaygısı yaşanmakta ve bu durum mesleki kariyerlerini olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, üniversitede sağlık alanında eğitim gören öğrencilerin iş bulma kaygısı ve kariyer geleceği algı düzeylerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy Üniversitesi'nde sağlık alanında eğitim gören öğrenciler, örneklem grubunu, Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi, Gölhisar Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksek Okulu ve İktisadi İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Sağlık Yönetimi bölümünde eğitim gören öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kesitsel ve tanımlayıcı bir çalışmadır. Araştırmaya 600 öğrenci gönüllük esasına göre dâhil edilmiştir. Anket yöntemi ile katılımcılara; Durumluk ve Sürekli Kaygı Ölçeği, Kariyer Geleceği Algısı Ölçeği, Sosyo Demografik verileri içeren kişisel bilgi formu uygulanmıştır. Veriler SPSS 22.0 Paket programında analiz edilmiş, sürekli kaygı ile işe ait algılanan bilgi arasında anlamlı çok düşük derecede pozitif yönde korelasyon tespit edilmiştir. Cinsiyet durumuna göre, erkek katılımcıların sürekli kaygı puanı kadın katılımcılardan düşüktür. Üniversiteye geldiği yere göre, belde ve köyden gelenlerin sürekli kaygı değerleri il ve ilçelerden gelenlerden daha azdır.

Health is the biggest capital of human beings and education about health is very important. In our country, health professionals have different educational levels and universities providing health education have an important place in this respect. The increase in the number of departments opened in our country in recent years and the number of universities leads to an increase in the number of graduating healthcare worker candidates.This situation constitutes the employment difficulties of health personnel related to their profession in public and private sectors. Health professionals who want to pursue a career in their profession are obstructed, there are concerns about finding a job and this situation affects their professional careers negatively.The aim of this study is to investigate whether the anxiety of finding employment in the students of health education at university has an effect on their perception of career future or not.Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University students studying in the field of health, constitute the universe of research. and the sample group is composed of Faculty of Health Sciences, Gölhisar Vocational School of Health Services and Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. This is a cross-sectional and descriptive study.600 students were included in the study on a voluntary basis.With the survey method; the State and Trait Anxiety Scale, Career Future Perception Scale, personal information form including the socio-demographic data of the participants was applied.Data were analyzed in SPSS 22.0 Package program. It has been found that, according to the datas, it has been detected that there was a statistically significant, very low, positive correlation between trait anxiety and perceived knowledge. Accordong to the gender, the mean anxiety of men was lower than that of women. According to where they came from, the continuity anxiety values of the people coming from the village are less than those coming from the provinces and districts.
