Kentler, sosyal, ekonomik ve fiziksel dinamiklerin bir araya geldiği, karmaşık ve insan faktörü ile gelişen devingen organizmalardır. Günümüzde kenti çözümlemek, gelişmelerin dinamiklerini ve bunları etkileyen faktörleri açıklamak amacıyla birçok çalışma yapılmıştır. Kentin karmaşık yapısının çözümlenmesi için kentin farklı özellikleri ayrı ayrı değerlendirilmektedir. Bunlardan ilki “tarihsel gelişim” dinamikleri, bir diğeri ise kentin çözümlenmeyi bekleyen ve kendi içinde çeşitli katmanlardan oluşan “fiziksel yapısıdır”. Fiziksel yapı, arazi kullanımı başlığı altında sınırlar ve büyüklük, fonksiyon alanları ve ulaşım yüzeyleri olarak alt gruplara ayrılır. Bu makalede, Isparta kent makroformunun gelişimi, kentin tarihi ve güncel haritaları üzerinden, ulaşım etkileşimi, kavramsal ve tarihsel açıdan karşılaştırmalı bir yöntemle araştırılmıştır. |

Cities are complex and dynamic organisms that develop with the human factor, where social, economic and physical dynamics come together. Today, many studies have been conducted to analyze the city, to explain the dynamics of developments and the factors affecting them. In order to analyze the complex structure of the city, different characteristics of the city are evaluated separately. The first of these is the dynamics of "historical development", the other is the "physical structure" of the city, which is waiting to be analyzed and consists of various layers within itself. Physical structure is divided into boundaries under the heading of land use and subgroups into size, functional areas and transportation surfaces. In this article, the development of Isparta urban macroform and the city's transport interaction are investigated in a conceptual and historical comparative method. |
