Bu çalışma Mâide sûresi 6. âyet-i kerimesi özelinde müçtehitlerin abdestin farzlarını nasıl belirlediklerini ortaya koymaktadır. Müçtehitler, bu farzları belirlerken âyette bahsedilen kelimelerin anlamlarını, edatların anlam ve kullanımlarını, cümlelerin i’rabını göz önüne alarak hükme ulaşmışlardır. Fakihler, Arap dilinin farklı anlamlara izin verdiği noktalarda bazı hükümlerde ihtilaf ederken, cümleden tek bir mananın anlaşıldığı yerlerde ortak hükme varmışlardır. Bu çalışma, abdestin farzlarının âyet-i kerimeden nasıl istidlâl edildiğini göstermenin yanı sıra hüküm istinbat edebilmek için Arap dilinin inceliklerine vukufiyetin önemini de ortaya koymaktadır.This study reveals that how mujtahids determine the fards of ablution based on the 6th ayat of the surah al-Maida. While determining these fards, the mujtahids reached a decision by taking the meanings of the words that mentioned in the ayat, the meaning and usage of prepositions and considered the i'rab of the sentences. While the fuqaha disagreed on some decisions where the Arabic language allows different meanings, they agreed on places where the language allowed a single meaning to be understood. This study shows that the importance of knowing the meanings of words, prepositions and the i'rab of the sentence on behalf of the fuqaha. At the same time, it shows that how istidlal the fards of ablution from the Ayat Karima.
