Bu çalışmada Süleymaniye Kütüphanesi'nin Reîsu'l-Küttâb koleksiyonunda 1165 numarasıyla ve Chester Beatty Kütüphanesi'nde 4830/6 numarasıyla kayıtlı yazma halde bulunan Muhammed b. Halîfe eş-Şevberî'nin "Risâle fî Ma'ne'l-Hadîsi'ş-Şerîfi Rivâyeten ve Dirâyeten" isimli eserinin tahkîk, tercüme ve muhtevâ tahlîli yapılmıştır. Birinci Bölüm'de İbn Halîfe'nin hayatı ve ilmî şahsiyeti hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci Bölüm'de çalışmanın konusu olan risâle genel hatlarıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Risâlenin isminin tespiti ve müellife nipeti gibi konular bu kısımda incelenmiştir. Üçüncü Bölüm'de Şevberî'nin eserdeki uslûbu genel olarak değerlendirilmiş ve eserin muhtevâ tahlîli yapılmıştır. Dördüncü Bölüm eserin tercümesi için ayrılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuna eserin tahkikli metni eklenmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Muhammed b. In this work there is been intended to examine, translate and to do a content analysis on the work of Muhammed b. Khalîfa ash-Shawbari named "Risâle fî Ma'ne'l-Hadîthi'sh-Sharîfi Riwâyaten wa Dirâyaten", which is present as an handwritten manuscript registered with the number 1165 in the Reîsu'l-Küttab collection of the Süleymaniye Library and registered with the number 4830/6 in the Chester Beatty Library. In the first part information is given about the life and scholarly personality of Ibn Halîfe. In the second part this tractate, which is the subject of this work, is evaluated with its main lines. Also the determination of the name of the tractate and the ascription to its author is analyzed. In the third part the main style of Shawbarî in his work is evaluated and a content analysis is done on the work.The fourth part is saved for the translation of the work. On the end of our work the investigated text of the work is added. Keywords: Muhammed b.
