Bu araştırmada örgütsel davranış alanında son zamanlarda çok dikkat çeken bir konu haline gelen iş yeri mutluluğunun birey-örgüt uyumu ile iş tatmini üzerinde nasıl bir etkisinin olduğu, çalışanlardaki mutluluk güdüsünün nelere bağlı olduğu ve çalışanlardaki tatmin duygusunun nasıl artış gösterdiği üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Mutlu bir örgüt yaratabilmek için çalışanların da mutlu olması gerektiği düşünülmektedir. Araştırmada birey-örgüt uyumunun, iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisinde iş yeri mutluluğunun aracı rolünün incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Birey-örgüt uyumu yüksek olan çalışanların iş yerindeki mutluluğunun muhtemelen daha fazla olduğu ve bu sebeple bireylerin işlerindeki tatmin düzeylerinin de aynı şekilde yüksek olacağı iddia edilmektedir. Bu kapsamda mutluluk, iş yeri mutluluğu, birey-örgüt uyumu ve iş tatmini kavramları hakkında literatür taraması yapılarak araştırmaya eklenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi Denizli Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'ndeki tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren 18 işletmedeki 468 beyaz yakalı çalışandan oluşmaktadır. Veriler kolayda örneklem metodu kullanılarak çalışanlardan anket yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Ankette birey-örgüt uyumu 4 madde, iş tatmini 5 madde, iş yeri mutluluğu 5 madde ve ankete katılanların demografik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla 6 madde olmak üzere toplam 20 maddeye yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın veri analizinde SPSS 22 ve AMOS 21 programları kullanılmıştır. Hipotezlerin test edilmesinde ise Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular neticesinde, birey-örgüt uyumu ile iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkide iş yeri mutluluğunun aracı role sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. In this study it has been studied, how does workplace happiness, which has recently become a very interesting topic in the field of organizational behavior, affect person-organization fit and job satisfaction, on what the hapiness motivation of employees depends and how the employees' feeling of satisfaction increases. It is assumed that the employees must be happy in order to create a happy organization. In the study, it was aimed to examine the mediating role of workplace happiness in the effect of person-organization fit on job satisfaction. It is claimed that employees with high person-organization fit are more likely to have happiness in the workplace and therefore the satisfaction level of individuals in their jobs will be high. In this context, a literature review on the concepts of happiness, workplace happiness, person-organization fit and job satisfaction was added to the research. The sample of the research consists of 468 white collar employees from 18 enterprises operating in the textile industry in Denizli Organized Industrial Zone. The data procured by using simple sampling method were obtained by making questionnaire to the employees. The survey consists of 20 items about person-organization fit (four items), job satisfaction (five items), workplace happiness (five items), and determining the demographic characteristics of the respondents (6 items). SPSS 22 and AMOS 21 softwares were used in the data analysis of the research. Structural Equation Model was used to test the hypotheses. As a result of the findings, it has been determined that workplace happiness has an intermediary role in the relationship between person-organization fit and job satisfaction.
