Anatolian topography has a very rugged morphology due to its geological evolution. For this reason, slopes are formed in the areas where engineering structures are studied. In this sense, the stabilities of the high rock slopes on the Batman-Mardin Highway within the borders of the province of Batman have been studied by using different analyzes programs. Hoek and Brown failure model has been used in the analyzes due to study in the rock environment. The analyzes have been performed with the programs of Plaxis v2018.01 developed by Plaxis BV and RS2 v8.005 developed by Rocscience. Both programs are 2-dimensional software working with the finite element method (FEM). The Benchmarking study has been performed between the studies made with Hoek and Brown failure model and the programs. In addition to this, the stability analysis in the rock environment has been performed in Plaxis program by using Hardening Soil failure model in order to diversify this benchmarking study. The results have been assessed, and it is seen that the high slopes in the territory do not meet the long-term stability requirements according to the Plaxis analysis, but according to the analysis of RS2, do meet. In addition to this, the stability analysis has been performed by using residual rock parameters in the Hardening Soil failure model in the Plaxis program, and it is observed that these analysis results are similar with the ones obtained from the RS2 analysis.Anadolu topografyası geçirdiği jeolojik evrimi sebebiyle engebeli bir morfolojiye sahip olup mühendislik yapılarının çalışıldığı alanlarda şev yarmalarının oluşmasına sebebiyet vermektedir. Bu bağlamda, Batman ili sınırları içerisinde kalan Batman-Mardin Yolu üzerindeki yüksek kaya şevleri farklı analiz programlarıyla çalışılmış olup programlar karşılaştırılarak kaya ortamındaki şev duraylılığının ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Kaya ortamında çalışılması sebebiyle analizlerde Hoek ve Brown yenilme modeli kullanılmıştır. Analizler Plaxis BV tarafından geliştirilen Plaxis2D v2018.01 ve Rocscience tarafından geliştirilen RS2 v8.005 programlarında yapılmış olup her iki program da sonlu elemanlar yöntemi (FEM) ile çalışmakta olan 2 boyutlu yazılımlardır. Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda programların Hoek ve Brown yenilme modeli ile çalışmaları kıyaslanmıştır. Ayrıca, bu kıyası çeşitlendirmek adına kaya ortamının duraylılık analizi Plaxis programında Hardening Soil yenilme modeli kullanılarak da gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hoek ve Brown yenilme modeli kullanılarak yapılan analizlerin sonuçları değerlendirilmiş olup bölgedeki yüksek şevlerin uzun dönem duraylılık şartlarını Plaxis analizlerine göre sağlamadığı, RS2 analizlerine göre ise sağladığı görülmektedir. Ayrıca, Plaxis programındaki Hardening Soil yenilme modelinde rezidüel kaya parametreleri kullanılarak duraylılık analizleri gerçekleştirilmiş ve bu analiz sonuçlarının RS2 analiz sonuçlarıyla benzerlik gösterdiği gözlenmiştir.
