Bladder stones are rarely seen in female patients;therefore their presence should suggest iatrogenicreasons related to previous pelvic surgeries. Stonesmay form due to passing iatrogenic suture throughthe bladder in bladder surgeries or pelvic surgeriesclose to the bladder. This occurrence has beendemonstrated with the experimental animal studies.We present the case of bladder stone formed aroundthe suture material and its endoscopic treatment inthe patient with a history of cesarean section surgery.Mesane taşları bayan hastalarda nadiren görülmektedirve bu nedenle geçirilmiş pelvik cerrahilere bağlıiyatrojenik nedenler akla gelmelidir. Mesane cerrahileriya da mesaneye yakın pelvik cerrahilerde mesanedeniyatrojenik sütür geçilmesine bağlı taş oluşabilmektedir.Bu deneysel hayvan çalışmalarında dagösterilmiştir. Sezaryen ameliyatı öyküsü bulunan,sütür materyali etrafında oluşan mesane taşı olgusunuve endoskopik tedavisini sunuyoruz.
