Kullanım alanı oldukça geniş olan üre molekülü bazı tepkimelerde reaktif olarak kullanılır ve ayrıca birçok tepkimede de ürün olarak elde edilir. Endüstride; gübre ve hayvan yemleri üretiminde kullanımı oldukça yaygındır. Üre, insan ve memeli metabolizmasındaki azotlu organik moleküllerin toksik olmayan son ürünüdür. Metabolizmadaki üre derişiminin düşük ya da yüksek değerlerde bulunması ayrıca çeşitli hastalıkların da belirtisi olabilmektedir. Bu nedenle, kan ve idrardaki üre derişiminin tayin edilmesi özellikle klinik çalışmalarda hayati önem arz etmektedir. Çalışmamızda yeni bir kalem grafit elektrot üzerine modifiye edilen homodinükleer iminoksim Cu(II) kompleks bileşiğinin ilk kez modifiyer olarak kullanıldığı polipirol esaslı oksim modifiye elektrot (OME) geliştirilmiştir. OME elektrodun voltametrik davranışları ve yalın polipirol elektrota göre farklılaşmaları karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. OME elektrot doğrudan yöntemle çalışmakta olup sulu çözeltilerde bulunan üre molekülünün elektrokimyasal tayininde kullanılmıştır. Homodinükleer iminoksim Cu(II) kompleks-polipirol ile modifiye edilen kalem grafit elektrodun farklılaşması ve üre molekülüne karşı seçiciliğindeki artış incelenmiştir. Sulu ortam çözeltilerinde OME elektrot için kalibrasyon aralığı 1.67 µM ile 15 µM olarak bulunmuştur (R2 =0.9978). Tayin limiti 0.71 µM olarak bulunmuş ve elektrot gerçek numune çözeltisinde yüksek bir geri kazanım değeri elde etmiştir. Geliştirilen modifiye elektrodun dezavantajları ise kullanım ömrünün kısa olması ve polipirol elektrota göre oda sıcaklığı şartlarında kararsız olmasıdır. Urea molecule, which has a wide usage area, is used as a reagent in some reactions and is also obtained as a product in many reactions. In industry; It is widely used in fertilizer and animal feed production. Urea is the non-toxic end product of nitrogenous organic molecules in human and mammalian metabolism. Low or high urea concentration in metabolism can also be a symptom of various diseases. Therefore, determination of urea concentration in blood and urine is of vital importance, especially in clinical studies. In our study, a polypyrrole-based oxime modified electrode (OME) was developed in which homodinuclear iminoxime Cu(II) complex compound modified on a new pencil graphite electrode was used as a modifier for the first time. The voltammetric behaviors of the OME electrode and their differentiation compared to the plain polypyrrole electrode were investigated comparatively. The OME electrode works with the direct method and has been used for the electrochemical determination of the urea molecule in aqueous solutions. The differentiation of the pencil graphite electrode modified with homodinuclear iminoxime Cu(II) complex-polypyrrole and the increase in its selectivity towards the urea molecule were investigated. The calibration range for the OME electrode in aqueous media solutions was found to be 1.67 µM - 15 µM (R2 =0.9978). The detection limit was found to be 0.71 µM and the electrode achieved a high recovery value in the real sample solution. The disadvantages of the developed modified electrode are that it has a short lifetime and is unstable under room temperature conditions compared to the polypyrrole electrode.
