Bu tez çalışması ile hastane yönetiminde bulunan profesyoneller arasındaki ilişkilerin profesyonel destek kapsamında ele alınmasını ve hastane yönetiminde etkin olan hiyerarşik yapının profesyonel destek üzerine etkisinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, seçilen il merkezinde bulunan üniversite hastanesinin yönetim kadrosu ve birim sorumluları olarak toplamda 41 kişi üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Kullanılan anket iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde katılımcıların demografik bilgileri yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise katılımcılara mesleki konularda kimlerle ve hangi sıklıkla etkileşim halinde oldukları sorulmuştur. Çalışma sosyal ağ analizi yöntemi ile tasarlanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler ise Ucinet Programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda; inceleme yapılan hastanede hiyerarşik yapının egemenliğinin düşük düzeyde ve profesyonel destek ağının kuvvetli olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Hastane içerisinde çalışanların birbirleri ile etkileşim ve profesyonel destekte bulunduğu, hastane ağının içinde tüm ilişkilerin karşılıklı olduğu görülmüştür. Korelasyon analizi sonucuna göre, yaş ve statü değişkeni ile iletişim sıklıkları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Ayrıca statü ve iletişim sıklıkları arasında negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Hastanenin yönetim yapısı hiyerarşik bağlamda incelendiğinde statünün kişilerin birbirlerine olan profesyonel desteği etkilemediği görülmüştür. With this thesis, it is aimed to deal with the relations between the professionals in the hospital management within thescope of professional support and to determine the effect of the hierarchical structure that is effective in the hospital management on professional support. The study was carried out on a total of 41 people, as the management staff and unit supervisors of the university hospital located in the selected city center. Questionnaire technique was used as a data collection tool in the study. The questionnaire used consists of two parts. The first part includes the demographic information of the participants. In the second part, the participants were asked with whom and how often they interact in professional matters. The study was designed with the social network analysis method. The obtained data were analyzed with the Ucinet Program. In the results of working; It was determined that the dominance of the hierarchical structure was low and the professional support network was strong in the hospital where the study was conducted. It has been seen that the employees in the hospital interact with each other and provide professional support, and all relations with in the hospital network are mutual. According to the results of the correlation analysis, a significant relationship was found between the age and status variables and the frequency of communication. In addition, a negative significant relationship was found between status and communication frequencies. When the management structure of the hospital is examined in a hierarchical context, it is seen that the status does not affect the Professional support of people to each other.
