Amacı Covid-19 pandemisinin Türkiye'nin sağlık turizmine etkisini paydaş görüşleri doğrultusunda incelemek olan bu araştırma nitel bir olgubilim (fenomenoloji) araştırmasıdır. Çalışma grubunu T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı'nda ve özel sağlık kuruluşlarında yönetici ve uzman olarak çalışan 12 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Nitel veriler 28.09.2021 ile 24.12.2021 tarihleri arasında yüz yüze ya da telefonla görüşülerek bizzat araştırmacı tarafından toplanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen verilerin analizinde tümevarımsal yaklaşım izlenmiş ve nitel veri analiz yazılımı olan NVIVO 11 programı kullanılarak içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmada katılımcı görüşlerine göre Covid-19 pandemisinin sağlık turizmine olumsuz ve olumlu etkilerinin olduğu bulunmuştur. Olumsuz etkilerine yönelik daha fazla sayıda görüş ifade edilmiştir. Covid-19 sürecinde Türkiye'de sağlık turizminde en çok aşılama, T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı Covid-19 uygulamaları, Dünya Sağlık Örgütü (DSÖ) standartlarının uygulanması ve Covid-19 ile mücadele temalarına vurgu yapılmıştır. Katılımcılar Covid-19 sürecinde ve sonrasında sağlık sisteminde düzenlemeler yapılması, reklam ve pazarlama, turistlerin ülkelerine güvenli ve memnun dönmesi, Covid-19 tedbirleri, sağlık turizmi eylem planı vb. görüşler bildirmişlerdir. Pandemi sürecinde sağlık turizmi hasta sayısında genel olarak düşüş olduğu, pandeminin etkisi azaldıkça hasta sayısının artışa geçeceği yönünde görüşler ifade edilmiştir. Katılımcılar Türkiye'ye en çok Ortadoğu, Afrika, Avrupa ve ekonomik olarak gelişmiş ülkelerden yolcu geldiğini belirtmektedir. Katılımcılar genel olarak pandemilere daha dayanıklı bir sağlık turizmi modelinin geliştirilebileceğini, ayrıca sağlık turizminin Türkiye turizmini canlandırmak için bir araç olabileceğini düşünmektedir. This research, whose aim is to examine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Turkey's health tourism in line with stakeholder views, is a qualitative phenomenology research. The study group consists of 12 participants working as managers and specialists in the Ministry of Health and private health institutions. A semi-structured interview form was used as a data collection tool. Qualitative data were collected by the researcher herself through face-to-face interviews between 28.09.2021 and 24.12.2021. In the analysis of the data obtained within the scope of the research, an inductive approach was followed and content analysis was carried out using the NVIVO 11 program, which is a qualitative data analysis software. In the study, it was found that the Covid-19 pandemic has negative and positive effects on health tourism, according to participant opinions. A greater number of opinions were expressed regarding its negative effects. During the Covid-19 process, the most emphasized themes in health tourism in Turkey were vaccination, the Ministry of Health's Covid-19 applications, the implementation of the World Health Organization (WHO) standards and the fight against Covid-19. Participants have given their opinions that during and after the Covid-19 process, will be able to make arrangements in the health system, advertising and marketing, safe and satisfied return of tourists to their countries, Covid-19 measures, health tourism action plan, etc.. It has been expressed that there is a general decrease in the number of health tourism patients during the pandemic process, and that the number of patients will increase as the effect of the pandemic decreases. Participants state that passengers mostly come to Turkey from Middle East, Africa, Europe and economically developed countries. Participants generally think that a health tourism model that is more resistant to pandemics can be developed, and that health tourism can be a tool to revive Turkey's tourism.
