<p class="TextFlushLeft"><span lang="EN-US">The development of internet and mobiletechnologies affects the education and training of the university andnecessitates its transformation and differentiation. According to today’sunderstanding what is technological and digital is quality. Essentially, theconcept of quality is closely linked to valuing people, innovation, continuouschange, development, and renewal. At this point, the adoption of aquality-oriented approach by universities will move these institutions to amore advantageous and reputable position in the future.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="TextInd"><span lang="EN-US">The quality expectation of higher educationstudents includes many concrete and abstract elements, including courses,teaching tools and materials, campus, dining hall, library and informationcenters, means of transport, knowledge and attitudes of academic andadministrative staff, and technologies used. How these elements are perceivedby students reveals the quality of service in higher education.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="TextInd"><span lang="EN-US">With the developing technology and widespreadinternet, face-to-face education, which is in the center of universities, isreplaced by distance education, online courses, and mobile learning. However,this digitalization in higher education has not only been limited to teachingmodels but has also made necessary the use of information systems and stakeholdersto provide information online in business processes in some universities(Tosyal</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:&quot;Cambria&quot;,serif">ı</span><span lang="EN-US">, 2019: 172). Therefore, the expansion of the range of services anddetermination of the aspects that integrate with digitalization have become veryimportant issues to be investigated in the field.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p></p><p class="TextInd"><span lang="EN-US">This study is prepared based on The Councilof Higher Education of Turkey’s (Y</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:&quot;Cambria&quot;,serif">Ö</span><span lang="EN-US">K) quality-oriented DigitalTransformation Project. It aims to be a guide for young universities in Turkeyto create quality awareness in technology-based service delivery. Thedigitization process in higher education has been discussed on the qualityaxis.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
