Kökleri derin bir medeniyetin mirası üzerine şekillenen Türk Sanatı, tarih boyunca yeni arayışlar bulma çabasıyla sürekli bir değişim ve yenilik içinde olmuş, bu amaçla sayısız eserler meydana getirilmiştir. Bu eserler, yapıldığı dönemlerdeki toplumların dini inançlarını, estetik anlayışını ve sanatsal geleneklerini yansıtırlar. Kültürel, sosyal, ekonomik ve dini alanlarda çeşitli dönemler ile alakalı belge niteliğindeki sanat eserlerinden bir tanesi de Hilye-i Şeriflerdir. İslam süsleme sanatları ve hat sanatında Hz. Muhammed'in fiziksel özellikleri, karakteri, ahlaki nitelikleri ve davranışları hakkında bilgi veren bu eserler, genel olarak "Hilye" adıyla anılır. Alan yazın incelemesi kapsamında İstanbul Türk ve İslam Eserleri Müzesi hat levha bölümü koleksiyonunda bulunan, barok tarzı ile tezyin edilmiş 9 adet Hilye-i Şerif örneği; süsleme, teknik, malzeme, renk, desen ve hat yazı stili özellikleri açısından ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Araştırma sürecinde görsel analiz ve fotoğrafla belgeleme yöntemlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Ayrıca araştırma, İstanbul Türk ve İslam Eserleri Müzesi hat levha bölümü koleksiyonunda bulunan 9 adet Hilye-i Şerif örnekleri ile sınırlıdır. |

Turkish Art, which is shaped on the heritage of a deep-rooted civilization, has been in constant change and innovation throughout history in an effort to find new pursuits, and countless works have been created for this purpose. These works reflect the religious beliefs, aesthetic understanding and artistic traditions of the societies in the periods in which they were made. One of the works of art that are documents related to various periods in cultural, social, economic and religious fields is the Hilye-i Şerifs. These works, which provide information about the physical characteristics, character, moral qualities and behaviors of the Prophet Muhammad in Islamic decorative arts and calligraphy, are generally referred to as "Hilye". Within the scope of the literature review, 9 examples of Hilye-i Şerif in the collection of the calligraphy plate section of the Istanbul Museum of Turkish and Islamic Arts, decorated in baroque style, were examined in terms of ornamentation, technique, material, color, pattern and calligraphy style. Visual analysis and photographic documentation methods were utilized in the research process. In addition, the research is limited to 9 Hilye-i Şerif examples in the collection of the calligraphy plate section of the Istanbul Museum of Turkish and Islamic Arts. |
