<p><span style="color: rgb(17, 17, 17); font-family: Poppins; font-size: 14px;">Bu çalışmanın amacı, girişimcilik niyeti ile hakimiyet ihtiyacı kavramları arasındaki olası ilişkiye yönelik bir literatür taraması yapılması ve bir önerme geliştirilmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, girişimcilik niyeti ve hakimiyet ihtiyacı kavramlarına ilişkin literatür taranmış ve ulaşılan bilgiler derlenmiştir. Yapılan derleme sonucunda, literatürde çeşitli kişilik özellikleri ile girişimcilik arasında ilişki bulunduğu görülmüş ve girişimcilerin bu özellikler bakımından diğer bireylerden farklılaştığına yönelik bilgilere ulaşılmıştır. Hakimiyet ihtiyacının da temel bir kişilik özelliği olduğuna ilişkin bilgiler kapsamında girişimcilik ile hakimiyet ihtiyacı arasında da bir ilişki olabileceği değerlendirilmiştir. Girişimcilik ve hakimiyet gibi olguların bireylerin yaşamlarını önemli ölçüde etkilemesi ve literatürde halen bu kavramlara ilişkin eksiklikler bulunması ilgili kavramların incelenmesini gerekli hale getirmektedir.</span><br></p> |

<p><span style="color: rgb(17, 17, 17); font-family: Poppins; font-size: 14px;">The aim of this study is to conduct a literature review and develop a proposition for the possible relationship between entrepreneurial intention and the need for dominance concepts. For this purpose, the literature on the concepts of entrepreneurial intention and the need for dominance has been reviewed and the information obtained has been compiled. As a result of the compilation, it has been seen in the literature that there is a relationship between various personality traits and entrepreneurship, and information about the differentiation of entrepreneurs from other individuals in terms of these features has been reached. Within the scope of the information that the need for dominance is also a basic personality trait, it has been evaluated that there may be a relationship between entrepreneurship and the need for dominance. The fact that phenomena such as entrepreneurship and dominance significantly affect the lives of individuals and that there are still deficiencies in these concepts in the literature make it necessary to examine the related concepts.</span><br></p> |
