dc.description This study was conducted to measure the relationship between management support and transfer of training as well as to identify the role of learning awareness as a mediator in the relationship. A survey using questionnaires was employed to collect data from 283 employees of the Malaysian public sector. SmartPLS package was used to assess the quality of data and to test the research hypotheses. The outcome of the structural equation modelling test confirmed the relationship between management support and transfer of training which was indirectly affected by learning awareness. This was followed by a discussion of the study, implications, and conclusion.
