dc.description The magnetic properties of the lattice formed by noninteracting semiconductor quantum rings in a longitudinal magnetic field are investigated. It was shown that when the value of the Rashba parameter ξ = 1.5, the magnetization varies from positive to negative with changes in the Aharonov–Bohm flux and amplitude oscillations decrease.
