Kan ve kan ürünlerinin temininde daha önce kan bağışında bulunmamış bireyleri kan bağışına yönlendirmek kadar mevcut kan bağışçılarının kan bağışına devam etmelerini sağlamak da gerekmektedir. Literatürde kaybedilen kan bağışçılarının kan bağışında bulunmayı bırakma nedenleri ile ilgili sınırlı sayıda çalışma bulunmaktadır. Bu sebeple kaybedilen düzenli kan bağışçılarının kan bağışında bulunmayı bırakma nedenlerinin incelenmesi çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: BerkeleyBlackTr;">Materyal ve Metot: </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: BerkeleyBookTr; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">Çalışma tanımlayıcı nitelikte bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini Isparta Kızılay Kan Bağışı Merkezi’nde düzenli kan bağışında bulunmuş ve belirli bir tarihten sonra kan bağışında bulunmamış bireyler oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak katılımcıların kan bağışında bulunmayı bırakma nedenlerini ve sosyo-demografik özelliklerini</span></p></div><div class="column"><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: BerkeleyBookTr; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">sorgulayan anket formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak 327 kişiye ulaşılmıştır.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: BerkeleyBlackTr;">Bulgular: </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: BerkeleyBookTr; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">Çalışma sonucunda, katılımcıların kan bağışında bulunmayı bırakmalarında bağışçıların çalışma saatleri ile Kızılay’ın çalışma saatleri arasındaki uyumsuzluk olmasının (3,9±1,4) ve bağışçıların kendi kan gruplarının çok fazla bulunduğunu düşünmelerinin (3,7±1,4) etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca, çalışma saatleri ile hastalık boyutlarının yaş ve meslek değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği ortaya çıkmıştır.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: BerkeleyBlackTr;">Sonuç: </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: BerkeleyBookTr; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">Çalışmada katılımcıların kan bağışında bulunmayı bırakmalarındaki en önemli sebebin Kızılay’ın çalışma saatleriyle katılımcıların çalışma saatlerinin çakışmasının olduğu tespit edilmiştir. A questionnaire</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 10px; line-height: normal; font-family: Times; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">form questioning the reasons and socio-demographic</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 10px; line-height: normal; font-family: Times; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">characteristics of the participants to stop donating</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 10px; line-height: normal; font-family: Times; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">blood was used as a data collection tool. In addition, it has been found that working</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 10px; line-height: normal; font-family: Times; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">hours and disease dimensions show a statistically significant</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 10px; line-height: normal; font-family: Times; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">difference according to age and occupational variables.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 10px; line-height: normal; font-family: Times; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);"><span style="color: #000000">Conclusion: </span>In this study, it was found that the most</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 10px; line-height: normal; font-family: Times; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">important reason for the participants to stop making blood</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 10px; line-height: normal; font-family: Times; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">donations was the coincidence of working hours of the</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 10px; line-height: normal; font-family: Times; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">Red Crescent and the working hours of the participants.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 10px; line-height: normal; font-family: Times; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">In addition, it was found that working hours and disease</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 10px; line-height: normal; font-family: Times; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">dimensions showed a statistically significant difference</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 10px; line-height: normal; font-family: Times; color: rgb(77, 77, 77);">according to age and occupational variables.
