Bu çalışmada, Web of Science Core Collection veri tabanında yönetim alanında yayınlanan psikolojik iyi oluş ile ilgili makalelerin bibliyometrik analizinin gerçekleştirmesi amaçlanmıştır. Veri tabanı üzerinde “psychological well-being” anahtar sözcüğü ile çevrimiçi bir arama yapılmış ve 1987-2022 yılları arasında yönetim alanında yayınlanan 311 adet makaleye ulaşılmıştır. Analizler için VOSviewer 1.6.19 programı kullanılmış ve bibliyometrik ağ haritaları oluşturulmuştur. Psikolojik iyi oluş ile ilgili en fazla makalenin 2022 yılında yayınlandığı ve en fazla makalesi olan yazarın Burke olduğu görülmüştür. Atıf analizlerine göre en fazla atıf alan yazarın Luthans olduğu ve en fazla atıf alan makalenin ise Kurtessis vd., tarafından hazırlandığı tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulguların psikolojik iyi oluş ile ilgili önemli kaynaklara ulaşmada ve gelecekte yapılacak olan çalışmalar için literatürde var olan boşlukları fark etme noktasında faydalı olacağı söylenebilir. |

In this study, it is aimed to perform a bibliometric analysis of the articles on psychological well-being published in the field of management in the Web of Science Core Collection database. An online search was conducted on the database with the keyword "psychological well-being" and 311 articles published in the field of management between 1987 and 2022 were reached. VOSviewer 1.6.19 program was used for the analysis and bibliometric network maps were created. It was seen that the most articles on psychological well-being were published in 2022 and the author with the most articles was Burke. According to the citation analysis, it was determined that the most cited author was Luthans and the most cited article was prepared by Kurtessis et al. It can be said that the findings obtained will be useful in accessing important resources on psychological well-being and recognizing the gaps in the literature for future studies. |
