Bu araştırmanın amacı, sermaye türleri açısından kamu sektöründe ve özel sektörde çalışan öğretmenlerin özelliklerini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada Antalya, Burdur ve Isparta'da kamu sektörüne ve özel sektöre bağlı okullarda çalışan öğretmenlerin ekonomik, kültürel, entelektüel, sosyal ve psikolojik sermaye açısından sahip olduğu özellikler alan verilerinden yararlanılarak açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında Antalya'dan 291, Burdur'dan 95 ve Isparta'dan 124 olmak üzere toplam 510 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Örnekleme, 104 sorudan oluşan bir anket formu uygulanmış ve elde edilen veriler istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Sermaye türleri açısından, kamu sektöründe ve özel sektörde çalışan öğretmenlerin özelliklerine yönelik anlamlı düzeyde bulgular elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda Antalya, Burdur ve Isparta'da kamu sektöründe ve özel sektörde çalışan öğretmenlerin, sermaye türleri açısından birbirine benzeyen ve birbirinden farklılaşan özelliklere sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Sektörlere göre öğretmenlerin sahip oldukları sermaye tür ve düzeyleri üzerinde ekonomik, sosyal, kişisel ve çevresel faktörlerin etkisi bulunmaktadır. The purpose of this research is to reveal the characteristics of teachers working in the public and private sectors in terms of capital types. In the research, the characteristics of teachers working in public and private schools in Antalya, Burdur and Isparta in terms of economic, cultural, intellectual, social and psychological capital were tried to be explained by using field data. The sample of the study consists of a total of 510 teachers, 291 from Antalya, 95 from Burdur and 124 from Isparta in the 2018-2019 academic year. A survey of 104 questions was applied to the sample and the obtained data were evaluated statistically. In terms of capital types, significant findings were obtained regarding the characteristics of teachers working in the public and private sectors. As a result of the research, it has been determined that teachers working in the public and private sectors in Antalya, Burdur and Isparta have similar and differentiating characteristics in terms of capital types. According to the sectors economic, social, personal and environmental factors have an effect on the type and level of capital that teachers have. Sectoral characteristics especially determine teachers' economic and social capital characteristics. Keywords: Teacher, Capital Types, Public Sector, Private Sector. |
