Şeyhîzâde Damad Efendi'nin Mecmaʿu'l-Enhur fî Şerhi Mülteka'l-Ebhur isimli eseri fıhkî niteliğe sahip bir eserdir. Fıkıh eseri olmasına rağmen içerisinde fıkıh usûlü ile alakalı birçok mesele barındırmaktadır. Şeyhîzâde Damad Efendi, fürû meseleleri delillendirmek için usûle başvurmuştur. Onun takip ettiği usûl diğer Hanefilerin izlediği usulle karşılaştırılınca onlarla da paralellik gösterdiği gözlenmiştir. Müellif fûrû meseleleri ele aldığı eserinde usûl kaidelerine yer vermiştir. Çalışmada ilgili kaidelere örnekler verilmiş, müellifin değindiği ancak tarif etmediği usûl kavramları tarif edilmiştir. Şeyhîzâde Damad Efendi'nin başlı başlına bir fıkıh usûlü eseri bulunmamaktadır. Ancak o, fıkıh eserinde iki müstakil telifi birleştirmiştir. Şeyhîzâde Damad Efendi's work named Mecma'u'l-Anhur fi Sharhi Multeqa'l-Abhur is a work of jurisprudence. Although it is a work of fiqh, it contains many issues related to the method of fiqh. Şeyhîzâde Damad Efendi applied to the method in order to prove the furu matters. When the method he followed was compared with the method followed by other Hanafis, it was observed that both of them showed parallelism. The author has included the rules of procedure in his work where he deals with fürû issues. In the study, examples of the relevant rules were given, and the procedural concepts that the author mentioned but did not describe were described. Şeyhîzâde Damad Efendi does not have a work of fiqh on its own. However, he combined two separate compilations in his fiqh work. The study is like a fiqh work of Şeyhîzâde Damad Efendi.
