Tarih boyunca endüstrileşme sürecinde dört ana devrimin gerçekleştiği görülmektedir. Bu devrimler toplumsal yapının her aşamasına etki ve nüfuz etmiştir. Sanayi devrimlerinin sonuncusu olan Endüstri 4.0 teknolojinin önderliğinde literatürde yerini almıştır. Endüstri 4.0 olarak tanımlanan devrim bilgi toplumunun ulaştığı son sanayileşme adımıdır. Endüstri 4.0 teknolojik gelişimin üretim süreçlerinde yakından takip edilmesi ve kullanılmasıyla ilişkilidir. Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimi, hem ekonomik büyümeyi arttırma hem de hepimizin karşı karşıya bulunduğu başlıca küresel tehditlerin bazılarını yatıştırma potansiyeline sahiptir. Türkiye'nin süreci iyi analiz ederek kendi ekonomik yol haritasına yön vermesinin önemi görülmektedir. Bu amaçla çalışmada Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimi incelenmiş olup, ekonomik büyüme ve kalkınmaya etkisi araştırılmıştır. Türkiye'nin üretim sektörü incelendiğinde, çoğunlukla düşük ya da orta seviyede teknoloji kullanımı mevcuttur. Katma değeri yüksek ürünler göreceli olarak cüzi üretilmektedir. Türkiye'nin Endüstri 4.0 ile ilişkisi incelenirken; imalat sanayi ihracatında yüksek teknolojili ürünlerin payının, AR-GE harcamalarının ve patent başvurularının artış trendinde olduğu belirlenmiştir ancak bunların mevcut düzeyleri henüz yeterli değildir. Türkiye için sanayi devrimlerini incelediğimizde reel olarak ikinci ve üçüncü devrimlerin arasında olduğu görülmektedir. Dolayısıyla Türkiye henüz Endüstri 4.0'a sistematik yapı ve uygulanış bakımından hazırlanma sürecindedir. Anahtar Kelimeler : Endüstri 4.0, Büyüme ve Kalkınma, Türkiye Ekonomisi. |

It is seen that four main revolutions have taken place in the industrialization process throughout history. These revolutions have influenced and penetrated every stage of the social structure. Industry 4.0, the last of the industrial revolutions, has taken its place in the literature under the leadership of technology. The revolution defined as Industry 4.0 is the last industrialization step reached by the information society. Industry 4.0 is related to the close follow-up and use of technological development in production processes. The Fourth Industrial Revolution has the potential to both boost economic growth and soothe some of the major global threats we all face. The importance of Turkey's analysis of the process and guiding its own economic roadmap is seen. For this purpose, the Fourth Industrial Revolution has been examined in this study and its effect on economic growth and development has been investigated. When Turkey's production sector is examined, there is mostly low or medium level of technology use. Products with high added value are produced relatively little. While examining Turkey's relationship with Industry 4.0; It has been determined that the share of high-tech products, R&D expenditures and patent applications in manufacturing industry exports are in an increasing trend, but their current levels are not yet sufficient. When we examine the industrial revolutions for Turkey, it is seen that it is between the second and third revolutions in real terms. Therefore, Turkey is still in the process of preparing for Industry 4.0 in terms of its systematic structure and implementation. Keywords : Industry 4.0, Growth and Development, Turkish Economy. |
