Bu çalışmada, Isparta Merkez Çocuk Yuvası ve Yetiştirme Yurdu personelinin eğitim öncesi ve sonrası aldıkları bilgi puanlarına göre eğitim çalışmasının etkinliğini tespit etmek, seminer sunumları ve föy konularından eğitim öncesi ve sonrası alınan bilgi puanlarını karşılaştırarak hangi eğitim tekniğinin daha çok faydalı olduğunu belirlemek, çalışanların eğitim konularından aldıkları bilgi puanları ile bazı değişkenler arasında ki ilişkiyi belirlemek, yapılan eğitim çalışmalarıyla personelin kişisel gelişimine, motivasyonuna ve gerekli niteliklere sahip personel profiline ulaşmada katkı sağlamak amaçları hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmayı kabul eden personele, sosyo-demografik özellikleri, tutum davranışları ile bilgilerini ölçmeye yönelik seminer sunumu ve föy konularından oluşan anket formları, eğitim öncesi ve eğitimden 6 ay sonra gözlem altında uygulandı. Personelin yaş ortalaması 36,8 ł 9,2 yıl ve % 70,0.ı kadın idi. Çalışmaya katılanların % 30,0.ının mesleği bakıcı annelikti. Çalışanların % 67,5.i daha önce herhangi bir eğitim seminerine katıldıklarını ifade ederken, % 65,0.ı bu eğitim çalışmasının kendileri için faydalı olacağını belirtmiştir. Personel eğitim öncesi en yüksek puan ortalamasını, ergenlik dönemi psikososyal gelişim ve sağlık sorunları/adölesanlarda madde bağımlılığı başlıklı sorulardan alırken, eğitim sonrası en yüksek puan ortalamasını çocuk ve güvenli çevre/çocuklarda tuvalet eğitimi başlıklı bilgi sorularından almıştır. Eğitim sonrası eğitim öncesine göre, çocuklarda ruhsal uyum ve davranış problemleri, çözüm yolları konu başlığı dışında tüm konu başlıklarında bilgi puanlarının arttığı tespit edildi. Eğitim sonrasında, öncesine göre föy konularından elde edilen bilgi puanlarının, seminer sunumu konularından alınan bilgi puanlarına göre daha fazla arttığı görüldü. This study has the objectives of determining the efficiency of the training based on the pre training and after-training scores of the staff of The Nursery and Orphanage of Isparta District, ascertaining which training method is more effective comparing the pre-training and after-training scores using the training presentations and brochure themes, determining the link between the training scores of the staff and various variables as well as contributing to the personal development and motivation of the staff and also to the acquisition of the appropriate staff profile via several trainings. Surveys involving seminar presentation and brochure themes that aim to measure the sociodemographic attributes and attitudes of the staff who admitted to take part in the study have been applied before training and 6 weeks after the training under surveillance. The age average of the staff was 36,8 ł 9,2 year and 70,0 % of the subjects was female. 30,0 % of the subjects worked as foster-mother. 67,5 % of the staff stated that they had been into any training before while 65,0 % of those asserted that this training would be beneficial for them. The highest score before the training was obtained from the questions of puberty period psychosocial development and health problems and drug addiction in adolescents while children and safe environment and toilet training for children questions received the highest scores after training. Scores for all questions but spiritual harmony and behavioral problems, remedies increased after training when compared to before training. It has been found out that the brochure themes scores increased more than the seminar presentation themes after training when compared to before training.
