İnsanoğlu tarihinde estetik her zaman önemli bir yer edinmiştir. Estetik anlayışı bazen vücudun üstüne dekore edilen takılarla, bazen direk tene yapılan süslemeler yoluyla, bazen ise sadece sağlıklı ve parlak bir cilt ile yaşam bulmuştur.Zamana ve kültüre göre değişkenlik göstermesine rağmen pürüzsüz bir cilt estetiğin yanı sıra sağlığında simgesi olmuştur.Bu çalışmada; içerisinde renk açıcı bir çok etken bulunan Tritone Fort® krem, kısmi kalınlıktaki greft donör sahalarına uygulanmış olup, plasebo olarak sıvı vazelin kullanılmıştır. Hastalardan preoperatif, postoperatif birinci gün, yirmibirinci gün ve doksanıncı günlerinde, plasebo ve Tritone Fort® krem uygulanan her iki alandan da punch biyopsiler alınıp aktif melanositler immunohistokimyasal boyalar yardımı ile sayılmıştır. Toplu sonuçlar “Repeated Measures Anova“, ikili sonuçlar ise Wilcoxon testi, üçlü sonuçlar ise Friedman testi ile analiz edilmiştir.Analiz sonucunda Tritone Fort® kremin aktif melanosit sayısını anlamlı olacak şekilde azalttığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Throughout history human aesthetics has always been important. To make their bodies more aesthetically pleasing, people decorate their bodies with ornaments or decorations; sometimes they use them directly through their skin or aesthetic concerns has just be formed as a healthy and radiant skin. Even if the meaning of aesthetic varies across time and culture, as well as the skin's perfectness seemed as the aesthetic sign, it also becomes sign of the health.In this study, Tritone Fort cream as a colour lightener was used, which has properties that allow it to be applied to a partial thickness graft donor site. Liquid Vaseline was used as a placebo. Biopsys were taken from both the Tritone Fort and placebo sites and melanocytes were counted using immunehistochemical dyes at the preoperative period, postoperative first day, twenty-first and ninetieth day. Collective results are analysed with "Repeated Measures ANOVA" and binary results were analysed with the Wilcoxon test.By analyzing the results, the Tritone Fort cream was found to reduce significant number of active melanocytes.
