dc.description Recently studies related with Vitamin D has increased. Diabetes prevelance increased with brouhgt also preventive work. A lot of the body organs and functions, vitamin D has been shown to its interact. In this study over 65 years volunteers verified with OGTT may not have been diagnosed with diabet. Patients who have exclusion criteria don’t take to working. 25 (OH) D, under 20 ng/ml which 48 persons Group (Group 1) based on the 50.000İÜ/week approvals were given as D vit3 drops to 2 months. 25 (OH) D 20 ng/ml 12 group (Group 2) on the control group. There was significant difference between the groups in terms of age. When 25(OH)D increased there are not meaningful correlation with insulin secretion, adiponectin, and leptin but in the start and controls there are significant changes in the measurements. The reason is less meaningful in correlation results perhaps might be due to the patient’s number is not yet. Keywords : İnsulin secretion,25(OH)D, adiponectin, leptin.
