Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniği'nde Şubat 2011- Temmuz 2014 tarihleri arasında tibia plato kırığı nedeni ile cerrahi tedavi edilen 32 hasta çalışmada değerlendirildi. Hastalarımızın 4'ü kadın, 28'i erkekti. Kırıkların 8'i açık kırıktı. Kırıkların 15'i (%46) lateral plato, 3'ü (%9) medial plato, 14'i (%43) bikondiler kırıktı. Hastalarımızın kırık etiyolojileri sırası ile 6 adeti araç içi trafik kazası, 12 adeti araç dışı trafik kazası, 7 adeti düşme (yürürken veya sandalyeden düşme gibi) 3 adeti yüksekten düşme (2 metre ve üzeri), 4'ü ise iş kazası sonucu (tomruk altında kalma, hayvan altında kalma) şeklindedir. Tibia platosunun vücut ağırlığını taşıyan bir fonksiyonu olması, eklem içi olması tedavi ve tedavi komplikasyonları açısından önemlidir. Çalışmamızda redüksiyon kalitesi, osteoartit gelişimi, diz fonksiyonları, yaş dağılımı, kırık tipleri, ek yaralanmaların birbirleri ile olan ilişkileri değerlendirildi. Operasyon için doğru tanı, doğru zamanlama, uygun tespit materyali seçimi ve komplikasyonlara yönelik uygun tedavi sonucu sonuçların yüz güldürücü (%78 iyi/mükemmel KSFS) olduğunu belirtebiliriz. |

We evaluated the surgical treatment results of thirty two patients who were operated for the tibial plateau fractures between February 2011- July 2014 in Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Medicine Research and Training Hospital at Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic. Four of our patients were female and 28 were male. The number of open fractures were eight. The fifteen (46%) of the fractures were lateral plateau, three (9%) of them were medial plateau and fourteen (43%) of them were bi condylar. The fracture etiology of our patients were as follows: 6 car accident, 12 out vehicle traffic accident, 7 falls (such as fall from chair or when walking), 3 falls from height (2 meters or more) while 4 work accident (remain under timber, animal. etc) . The tibial plateau is intra-articular and has weight bearing function so that the surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures and its complications has a special importance. In this study, we examined the quality of reduction, development of osteoarthritis, function of the knee, age distribution, fracture type, the additional injury and relationship with each other. We suggested that our surgical treatments for the tibial plateau fractures indicated that satisfact. |
