Bu araştırma Isparta il merkezindeki ailelerin beslenme haritası ile obezite durum değerlendirilmesi arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Isparta il merkezinde yaşayan 206 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak kişisel bilgi formu, Yeme Tutum Testi (YTT-40), Uluslararası Fiziksel Aktivite Anketi ve hazırlamış olduğumuz hanede bulunan besin miktarları anketi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada, cinsiyet, eğitim durumu, sigara kullanımının obeziteyi azaltıcı etkisi bulunmuştur. Isparta il merkezinde çalışmaya katılan kişilerin obezite farkındalığını artırmak adına toplumsal eğitimler düzenlenebilir. Çalışmanın güvenirliğini artırmak adına daha çok hane ile çalışma yapılabilir. Anahtar Kelimeler : Beslenme haritası, obezite, VKİ. |

This study was conducted to evaluate the relationship between the nutrition map of families in Isparta city center and the assessment of obesity status. The universe of the research consists of 206 people living in Isparta city center. Personal information form, Eating Attitude Test (YTT 40), International Physical Activity Questionnaire and the questionnaire about the amount of food at home were used as data collection tools. In the study, the effect of gender, education, smoking was found to reduce obesity. Social trainings can be organized in the city center of Isparta to increase the obesity awareness of the participants. More analysis can be done to increase the reliability of the study.
