Bu çalışmanın amacı Isparta ilinde eğitim veren Beden Eğitimi öğretmenlerinin fiziksel aktivite düzeyleri ile yaşam tatmini ve iş performansları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmaya, Isparta ilinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı devlet okullarında ve özel okullarda görev yapan Beden Eğitimi öğretmenleri katılım sağlamıştır. Çalışmada Beden Eğitimi öğretmenlerinin fiziksel aktivite düzeylerinin tespit edilmesi için yedi sorudan oluşan Uluslararası Fiziksel Aktivite Değerlendirme Anketi kullanılmış olup, yaşam tatmini düzeylerinin tespit edilmesi için ise Bekmezci ve Mert'in geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmasını yaptığı beş soruluk Yaşam Tatmini Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Son olarak Beden Eğitimi öğretmenlerinin çalışma performanslarını ölçebilmek için Sigler ve Pearson tarafından geliştirilen Çöl (2008) tarafından Türkçe'ye uyarlanan ve dört sorudan oluşan İş Performans Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmamızın sonucunda katılımcıların fiziksel aktivite anketinden elde edilen değerleri ile iş performansı anketinden elde edilen değerleri arasında zayıf düzeyde ve pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların fiziksel aktivite anketinden elde edilen değerleri ve yaşam tatmini anketinden elde edilen değerleri arasında zayıf düzeyde ve pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların yaşam tatmini anketinden elde edilen değerleri ile iş performansı anketinden elde edilen değerleri arasında orta düzeyde ve pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between physical activity consumption, life satisfaction and job performance of the physical education entity providing education in the province of Isparta. Physical Education teachers working in public schools and private offices in Isparta province affiliated to the Ministry of National Education produced the study. In the study, the International Physical Activity Evaluation Questionnaire consisting of seven questions was used to determine the body structures of the Physical Education cells, and the Life Satisfaction Scale with five questions, which Bekmezci and Mert carried out the validity and reliability study, was used to determine the life satisfaction levels. Finally, Sigler and Pearson used the Job Performance Scale, which consists of usage and four questions, in order to measure the working performance of the Physical Education class. As a result of our study, a weak and positive significant relationship was found between the values obtained by the participants from the physical activity questionnaire and the values obtained from the job performance questionnaire. A weak and positive significant relationship was found between the values obtained from the physical activity questionnaire and the life satisfaction questionnaire of the participants. A moderate and positive significant relationship was found between the values obtained by the participants from the life satisfaction survey and the values obtained from the job performance survey, between their life satisfaction and job performances.
