Su kaynakları planlama ve yönetimi için verilerin doğru ve kesintisiz elde edilmiş olması son derece önemlidir. Ancak çeşitli sebeplerle zaman zaman verilerin sürekliliği sağlanamamaktadır. Bu durumda farklı yöntemlerle eksik kalan veriler tamamlanabilmektedir. Aynı akış kolundaki ardışık istasyonlardan birindeki eksik akış verileri, diğeri ve diğeri arasındaki regresyon ile yüksek doğrulukla çok kolay bir şekilde bulunabilir. Eksik akım verisinin bulunduğu akarsuda istasyon sayısının yetersiz olduğu durumlarda daha karmaşık bir hal almaktadır. Tez çalışmasında iki ana hedef belirlenmiştir. Bu amaçlardan birincisi, eksik verilerin bulunmasında optimizasyon ve yapay zekanın performansını belirlemektir. Çalışmanın amaçlarından diğeri de farklı akarsulardaki akış verilerini kullanarak kayıp verilerin tamamlanmasıdır. Elde edilen sonuçlar (özellikle Anfis) incelendiğinde verilerin tamamlanmasında istasyon seçiminin son derece önemli olduğu görülmektedir. Çalışmada örnek olarak 2232 numaralı istasyonun verilerini tamamlamak için en iyi istasyonun 2218 numaralı istasyon, 2202 numaralı istasyonun ise en kötü test sonucuna sahip istasyon olduğu bulunmuştur. 2 girdili Anfis modelleri incelendiğinde 2218 nolu istasyonun girdiği modellerin hata oranını azalttığı görülmüştür. Çalışmada ağırlıklı ortalama karesel hatayı minimize etmeye çalışan PSO modeli, çoklu regresyonla yapılan hataları yarıya indirmiştir. Ayrıca bu model çalışmanın en iyi modeli olmuştur. When it comes to the planning and management of water resources, gathering data that is both accurate and uninterrupted is of the utmost importance. Nevertheless, there are some situations in which this cannot be accomplished due to a variety of factors. In this scenario, the missing data can be filled in using a variety of different approaches. By performing regression between one station and the next, missing flow data from one of the consecutive stations in the same flow branch can be located very easily and with a high degree of accuracy. When there are insufficient stations in the stream and therefore missing flow data, the situation becomes more complicated. The research for the thesis came up with two primary objectives. The first of these objectives is to evaluate how well optimization and artificial intelligence can locate data that has been lost. An additional objective of the research is to finish compiling the loss data by using the flow data from a variety of rivers. When the results, particularly those from AFIS, are analysed, it becomes clear that the station selection is of the utmost significance in completing the data. In the research, for instance, to finish the data for station 2232, it was discovered that station 2218 was the best station, and station 2202 had the worst test result of all the stations. The station that had the best test result was station 2218. When the 2-input Anfis models are analysed, it is discovered that the models entered by station 2218 have a significant impact on lowering the error rate. The PSO model, which strives to minimise the weighted mean squared error in the investigation, has resulted in a reduction in error of approximately one half compared to the results obtained through the use of multiple regressions.
