Son yıllarda sıklıkla tartışma konusu olan yapay zekânın güvenilirliği konusu açıklanabilir yapay zekâ kavramını ortaya çıkarmıştır. Özellikle bir köpek ve çikolata parçacıklı bir kek arasındaki benzerlik sebebi ile sonucu yanlış tahmin etmesi nedeni ile gündeme gelen "Yapay zekânın sonuçları ne kadar güvenilir?" konusu açıklanabilir yapay zekânın doğuşunda büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada sağlık alanının birçok yerinde kullanılmaya başlanan yapay zekâ sistemlerinden yola çıkılarak Parkinson hastalığı ile ilgili bir tahminleme çalışması yapılmak hedeflenmiştir. Yapay zekâyı; insan zekâsına benzer bir zekâya sahip olarak tasarlanan bilgisayar parçaları olarak tanımlayabiliriz. İnsan sağlığı söz konusu olduğunda kurulan bu sistemlerin güvenilirliği büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu nedenle kurulan sistemler şeffaf ve yorumlanabilir olmalıdır. Çalışma yapılırken bu kavramlar da ele alınarak açıklanabilir yapay zekâ sistemlerinin kullanılması ve sonuçların kullanıcılara nedenleri ile beraber sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Böylelikle hem sisteme olan güven duygusu pekişmiş olacak hem de sistemin hata yapma olasılığı ortadan kalkacaktır. Açıklanabilir yapay zekâ, yapay zekâya duyulan güveni arttırmaktadır. Bunun yanında sistemlerin; hukuk, etik ve sosyal alanlara olan sorumluluklarını da belirlemeyi kolaylaştır. Ana amacı güvenilirlik, şeffaflık, açıklanabilirlik, yorumlanabilirlik, adalet ve önyargıdır. Açıklanabilir yapay zekâ, yapay zekâ sistemlerinin potansiyel önyargılarını tespit etme ve düzeltme çabalarına katkıda bulunur. Yapay zekâ sistemlerinden farklı olarak kullanıcılara grafiksel ve metinsel sonuçlar sunularak daha güvenilir bir sonuç oluşturmaktır. Parkinson hastalığı beyin sapındaki dopamin üreten hücrelerin kaybı sonucu oluşmaktadır. Hastalık teşhisi, nöroloji uzmanı tarafından öncelikle hastanın şikâyetleri ve hastalık geçmişinin dinlenmesi daha sonrasında ise nörolojik muayene ile yapılır. Bazı hastalarda MR, lomber ponksiyon, kan tetkikleri gibi işlemler de uygulanabilir. Hastalığın etkilerinin azaltılabilmesi için erken tanı çok önemlidir. Bu çalışmada Parkinson hastası olan bireylerin verileri kullanılarak bir model oluşturulacaktır ve derin öğrenme kullanılarak hastalık teşhisinin yapılması sağlanacaktır. Daha sonra mevcut modelin açıklanabilirliği için açıklanabilir yapay zekâ yöntemlerinden Lime ve Shap yöntemleri kullanılacaktır. Çalışmada kullanılan veriler, Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative web sitesinden alınmıştır. Araştırmada 203 sağlıklı, 498 parkinson hastası ve 759 ön belirti gösteren olmak üzere toplam 1460 gönüllüye ait veri bulunmaktadır. Especially because of the similarity between a dog and a chocolate chip cake, the question "How reliable are the results of artificial intelligence?" The subject of explainable artificial intelligence is of great importance in the birth of artificial intelligence. In this study, it is aimed to make a prediction study about Parkinson's disease based on artificial intelligence systems that have been used in many parts of the health field. artificial intelligence; We can define it as computer parts designed to have an intelligence similar to human intelligence. The reliability of these systems is of great importance when it comes to human health. Therefore, established systems should be transparent and interpretable. During the study, it is aimed to use explainable artificial intelligence systems by considering these concepts and to present the results to the users with their reasons. In this way, both the sense of trust in the system will be strengthened and the possibility of making mistakes in the system will be eliminated. Explainable artificial intelligence increases trust in artificial intelligence. In addition, the systems; It also makes it easier to determine their responsibilities in legal, ethical and social areas. Its main purpose is credibility, transparency, explainability, interpretability, fairness and bias. Explainable AI contributes to efforts to detect and correct potential biases of AI systems. Unlike artificial intelligence systems, it is to create a more reliable result by presenting graphical and textual results to users. Parkinson's disease results from the loss of dopamine-producing cells in the brain stem. The diagnosis of the disease is made by the neurologist, first of all, by listening to the patient's complaints and disease history, and then by neurological examination. In some patients, procedures such as MRI, lumbar puncture, blood tests can also be performed. Early diagnosis is very important to reduce the effects of the disease. In this study, a model will be created using the data of individuals with Parkinson's disease and the diagnosis will be made using deep learning. Then, Lime and Shap methods, which are explicable artificial intelligence methods, will be used to explain the current model. The data used in the study were taken from the Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative website. In the study, there are data of 1460 volunteers, 203 of whom were healthy, 498 of whom had Parkinson's disease and 759 of whom had pre-symptoms.
