Şirketler stok bilgisi, satış bilgisi, müşteri siparişleri gibi bilgileri farklı sistemler üzerinde tutabilmektedir. Bu durum ERP(Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama) sistemleri içinde en sık kullanılan sistemlerden olan SAP(Sistemler Uygulamalar ve Ürünler) sisteminin diğer dış sistemler ile bütünleşik bir şekilde çalışarak veri alışverişi yapma gerekliliğini ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Bu tez çalışması ile teknolojide yaşanan gelişmeler ile birlikte ERP sistemleri ve bu sistemlerden dünya genelinde en sık kullanılan SAP sisteminin farklı sistemler ile entegre bir şekilde çalışarak üretim sistemlerinde gerçekleştirilen planlama faaliyetlerinde verilerin diğer sistemlere aktarılması sağlanmıştır. ERP sistemleri ile diğer sistemler arasında entegrasyon yapısı kullanma yada ERP sistemini farklı üretim yerlerine kurma ve manuel veri alışverişi sağlama seçenekleri çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi, TOPSİS ve Gri İlişkisel Analiz yöntemleri ile analiz edilerek veri alışverişi için entegrasyon yapısının kullanılmasının en uygun yöntem olduğuna karar verilmiştir. Farklı sistemlerin birbiri ile bütünleşik çalışması ile çalışanlar üzerindeki iş yükünün hafifletilmesi, hata oranlarının minimum seviyeye indirilmesi ve kullanılan farklı ERP sistemlerinde veya diğer sistemlerde entegrasyon ile veri tutarlığı sağlanmış olması ve kullanıcı başına verilen lisans ücreti, danışmanlık ücreti gibi masrafların ortadan kalkması amaçlanmıştır. Değişen dünya düzeni ile birlikte şirketlerin mevcut süreçlerini yönetmekte ve kaynaklarını etkin bir şekilde kullanmada mevcut olarak kullanılmakta olan uygulama ve yazılım paketleri yetersiz kalmıştır. Bu noktada kaynakları etkin şekilde kullanarak doğru bir planlama ile iş süreçlerini bütünleştirip ihtiyaç duyulan bilgilere hızlı bir şekilde erişim imkanı sunan sistemler ön plana çıkmıştır. SAP lider bir firma olarak kendi yazılımlarını üreterek dünyada ve Türkiye' de etkin bir rol almaktadır. Bu tez çalışması ile bir firmanın farklı bilişim sistemleri arasında ve yönetimsel raporları için ihtiyaç duyulan veri tabanı entegrasyonu için yapılması gereken işlemleri gerçekleştirmesi sağlanmıştır. Çalışmada SAP sistemi ile dış kaynaklar arasında iletişim kurularak malzeme ana verileri, ürün ağaçları ve üretim sürecinde planlama faaliyetlerinde geçen iş planı sürelerinin diğer sistemlere gönderilmesi ve müşteri ihtiyaç tarihlerine göre planlama faaliyetlerinde kullanılabilmesi sağlanmıştır. Bu çalışma ile ABAP programlama dili kullanılarak dış kaynaklar ile SAP sistemi konuşturulmuştur. Companies can keep information such as stock information, sales information, customer orders on different systems. This situation reveals the necessity of SAP (Systems, Applications and Products) system, which is one of the most frequently used systems among ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, to work in an integrated manner with other external systems and to exchange data. With this thesis study, with the developments in technology, ERP systems and SAP system, which is one of the most frequently used systems worldwide, are integrated with different systems to transfer data to other systems in planning activities carried out in production systems. The options of using an integration structure between ERP systems and other systems or installing the ERP system in different production locations and providing manual data exchange were analyzed with Analytic Hierarchy Process, TOPSIS and Gray Relational Analysis methods from multicriteria decision making methods and it was decided that using the integration structure for data exchange was the most appropriate method. With the integrated operation of different systems with each other, it is aimed to alleviate the workload on employees, to minimize error rates, to ensure data consistency with integration in different ERP systems or other systems used, and to eliminate costs such as license fees and consultancy fees per user. With the changing world order, the applications and software packages currently in use have become insufficient for companies to manage their current processes and use their resources effectively. At this point, systems that integrate business processes with an accurate planning by using resources effectively and providing fast access to the information needed have come to the fore. SAP, as a leading company, produces its own software and takes an active role in the world and in Turkey. With this thesis study, it is provided for a company to perform the necessary operations for database integration between different information systems and for administrative reports. In the study, by establishing communication between the SAP system and external sources, it was ensured that the material master data, BOMs and work plan times spent in planning activities in the production process were sent to other systems and could be used in planning activities according to customer requirement dates.
