Göç olgusunun temelinde insanoğlunun var olması konunun birçok farklı disiplin tarafından etraflıca incelenmesine zemin hazırlamıştır. Konu ile ilgili çalışmalar genellikle göçün ne zaman olduğu, hangi coğrafyaları etkilediği ve hangi sosyo-ekonomik koşullarda gerçekleştiği soruları üzerine yoğunlaşmıştır. Özellikle son yıllarda Ortadoğu ülkelerinde iç ve dış savaşların artmasıyla birlikte büyük göçler yaşanmış ve böylece göç Türkiye'nin en önemli sorunlarından biri haline gelinmiştir Bu çalışmada 2011 Suriye savaşı sonrasında Türkiye'ye gelen geçici koruma kapsamındaki Suriyelilerin kişi başı GSYH, istihdam, huduttan uzaklık ve göç yoğunluğu gibi faktörlerin mevcut durumları ve bu faktörlerin birbirleri ile olan ilişkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda öncelikle illerin bu değişkenler için yoğunluk haritaları çıkarılmış, il merkezlerinin hudut kapılarına uzaklığı ile göç yoğunluğu ve istihdam arasında ilişkileri lineer ve logaritmik denklemler üzerinden incelenmiştir. İl merkezleri ile hudut uzaklığı arasındaki mesafe hesaplanmasında Google Earth programı kullanılmıştır. Daha sonra QGİS programı kullanılarak, il merkezlerinin hudutta uzaklığını gösteren mesafe matrisi (81x9) ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre, Türkiye'de kayıtlı kişi başına düşen toplam Suriyeli sayısının en yoğun olduğu iller sırasıyla Kilis, Hatay, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Mersin, Adana, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaraş ve Mardin olarak tespit edilmiştir. 2022 yılında Türkiye'deki geçici koruma kapsamındaki Suriyeli sayısı 3.561.883'tür. Suriyeli sayısının toplam nüfusa oranının %4,18 olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sonuç olarak huduttan uzaklıkla göç yoğunluğu arasında negatif yönlü ilişki, istihdam ve kişi başı GSYH arasında pozitif bir ilişki bulunmuştur. The existence of human beings on the basis of the phenomenon of migration has laid the groundwork for the subject to be examined in detail by many different disciplines. Studies on the subject have generally focused on the questions of when the migration occurred, which geographies it affected, and in which socio-economic conditions it took place.Especially in recent years, with the increase in internal and external wars in the Middle East countries, large migrations have been experienced and thus migration has become one of the most important problems of Turkey. In this study, it is aimed to examine the current status of factors such as GDP per capita, employment, distance from the border and migration density of Syrians under temporary protection who came to Turkey after the 2011 Syrian war, and the relations between these factors. In this direction, firstly, the density maps of the provinces were drawn for these variables, and the relationship between the distance of the provincial centers to the border gates and the immigration density and employment were examined through linear and logarithmic equations. The Google Earth program was used to calculate the distance between the city centers and the border distance. Then, using the QGIS program, the distance matrix (81x9) showing the distance of the provincial centers from the border was obtained. According to the results of the research, the provinces with the highest number of Syrians per registered person in Turkey are Kilis, Hatay, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Mersin, Adana, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaraş and Mardin, respectively. In 2022, the number of Syrians under temporary protection in Turkey is 3,561,883. It has been concluded that the ratio of the number of Syrians to the total population is 4.18%. As a result, a negative relationship was found between distance from the border and immigration density, and a positive relationship between employment and GDP per capita. In addition, it has been determined that there is a negative relationship between employment and migration density.
