Tarihsel süreç boyunca oyunculuğun nasıl olması gerektiğine dair görüşlerde genellikle inandırıcı olmanın yolları aranır. Bir oyuncu için duyguların analiz edilmesi rolün doğru inşası için temel önemdedir. Stanislavski ve Chekhov gibi yönetmenlerin temel amacı da oyuncuların rol için gerekli duyguları gerçekçi bir şekilde inşa edebilmesinin yollarını bulabilme çabasıdır. Tarihsel süreç içinde geçerliliği ve işlerliği kanıtlanmış bu yöntemler kendilerinden sonra geliştirilmiş bilimsel verilerle de desteklenebilir ve geliştirilebilir bir çerçeve sunar. Her iki oyunculuk yöntemi de 21. yüzyılın duygu kuramcıları tarafından tespit edilen verileriyle bir bağlantı sağlar. Temel duyguların her kültürde benzer somut işaretlerle deneyimleniyor oluşu ve bu duyguların somut işaretlerinin taklit edilmesinin duygunun hissedilmesini sağladığına dair bilimsel kanıtlar, benzetmeci oyunculuk yöntemlerinin dıştan içe oyunculuğu öngören tekniklerine eklemlenebilir. Bu amaçla, bu çalışma; benzetmeci oyunculuk yöntemlerinde temel alınan Stanislavski ve Chekhov oyunculuk yöntemleri ile 21. yüzyılda ortaya atılan duygu kuramlarının bir sentezini sunmayı amaçlar. Bu verilerin sistemli bir sunuşunu sağlamak için bu çalışmada öncelikli olarak 21. yüzyılda geliştirilmiş duygu kuramlarına yer verilmiş, ardından Stanislavski ve Chekhov'un oyunculuk yöntemleri ele alınmış, son olarak duyguların spesifik işaretlerinin rolün gerektirdiği duygunun inşasında kullanılmasını sağlayacak bir çalışma yöntemi önerisi sunulmuştur. Throughout the historical process, ways of being convincing are generally sought in the views on how acting should be. Analyzing the emotions of an actor is essential for the correct construction of the role. The main goal of directors such as Stanislavski and Chekhov is to find ways for the actors to realistically construct the emotions necessary for the role. These methods, whose validity and operability have been proven in the historical process, offer a framework that can be supported and improved with scientific data developed after them. Both acting methods provide a link with the data determined by the emotion theorists of the 21st century. Scientific evidence that basic emotions are experienced with similar concrete signs in every culture and that the imitation of concrete signs of these emotions allows emotion to be felt can be added to the techniques of analogy acting methods that predict outside-in acting. For this purpose, this study; aims to present a synthesis of the Stanislavski and Chekhov acting methods, which are based on the metaphorical acting methods, and the theories of emotion put forward in the 21st century. In order to provide a systematic presentation of these data, firstly, the theories of emotion developed in the 21st century are included in this study, then the acting methods of Stanislavski and Chekhov are discussed, and finally, a working method that will enable the use of specific signs of emotions is presented.
