Bu çalışmanın konusu, Diyanet TV çizgi filmlerindeki sözel ifadelerin din eğitimi açısından incelenmesidir. Çalışmada, Diyanet TV çizgi filmlerinin dinî unsur içerip içermediğini ve çizgi filmlerde hangi dinî tasavvurların gelişimine öncelik verildiğini incelemek amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi kullanılmıştır. Veri analizinde ise, içerik analizine başvurulmuştur. Youtube Diyanet Çocuk Kanalında sırasıyla en çok izlenen 5 çizgi film olan "Harfler Köyü", "Hümeyra", "Yusuf'un Dünyası", "Şeker Hoca" ve "Dedemin Öyküleri" çizgi filmleri araştırmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre; tüm çizgi filmlerde toplamda en çok unsur "Diğer" kategorisinde tespit edilmiştir. Çizgi filmlerde Melek ve Kader kategorilerine ilişkin unsura rastlanılmamıştır. Toplamda en çok unsur bulunduran çizgi film, Yusuf'un Dünyası'dır. Çizgi filmlerde, çocukların dinî gelişimini destekleyecek pek çok kelime basit ve anlaşılır bir biçimde açıklanmıştır. Ayrıca abdest, namaz ve oruç ibadeti ile ilgili birçok içerik bulunmaktadır. Buna karşın, çizgi filmlerde Kelime-i Şehâdet, Zekât ve Hac için herhangi bir unsura yer verilmemesi eksiklik olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Yine Kitap kategorisine ilişkin unsurların yetersiz olduğunu ve çocuklara Kutsal Kitabın ilahiliğini ve önemini anlatacak bir mahiyete sahip olmadığını söylemek mümkündür. Bir diğer eksiklik ise; vatan ve millet temasının neredeyse hiç işlenmemiş olmasıdır. Çizgi filmlerde Allah lafzının sıkça kullanılması, bilgi yüklü anlatımlar yerine peygamberlerin hayatlarından öyküler anlatılması, bayram ve özel günlerin sevinç ve mutluluk temalarıyla işlenmesi ve cami sevgisinin konu edilmesi çocukların dinî gelişimi açısından faydalı bulunmuştur. Yusuf'un Dünyası'nda günah ve ölüm/öldürmek; Şeker Hoca çizgi filminde günah ve haram kelimelerinin kullanılması, çocukların din eğitimi açısından kötü olabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. The subject of this study is to examine the verbal expressions in cartoons of Diyanet TV in terms of religious education. The aim of the study is to examine whether cartoons of Diyanet TV contain religious elements and which religious concepts are prioritized in the development of cartoons. Document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research. In data analysis, content analysis was used. "Harfler Köyü", "Hümeyra", "Yusuf'un Dünyası", "Şeker Hoca" and "Dedemin Öyküleri" cartoons, which are the 5 most watched cartoons on Youtube Diyanet Children's Channel respectively, were included in the research. According to the results obtained from the research; the most elements in total in all cartoons were identified in the "Other" category. No elements related to the Angel and Destiny categories were found in the cartoons. The cartoon with the most elements in total is Yusuf'un Dünyası. In cartoons, many words that will support children's religious developments are explained in a simple and understandable way. In addition, there is a lot of content about ablution, prayer and fasting. On the other hand, not including any elements for declaration of faith, zakah and hajj in the cartoons was considered as a deficiency. Again, it is possible to say that the elements related to the Book category are insufficient and do not have the quality to explain the divinity and importance of the Holy Book to children. Another deficiency is; the theme of homeland and nation is infrequently handled. Frequent use of the word Allah in cartoons, telling stories from the lives of the prophets instead of information-packed narratives, treating holidays and special days with the themes of joy and happiness, and talking about the love of mosques have been found to be beneficial for the religious development of children. It has been concluded that the use of the words sin and death/killing in Yusuf'un Dünyası and the use of the words sin and haram in Şeker Hoca cartoon may negatively affect the religious education of children.
