Çalışma neshin sebepleri ve ibadet ahkamına etkisine dair olup, makâsıd ve usul eksenli bir araştırmadır. Araştırma giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, nesh kavramı, neshin varlığının delilleri, neshin şartları, neshin rukünleri ve neshin türleri ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada konuyla alakalı deliller ve naslar değerlendirilirken betimleyici ve tümevarımsal yönteme başvurulmuştur. Araştırmanın ikinci bölümünde, tahfîf, ahkâmda tedricilik, yer değişikliği, maslahatların celbedilip zararların defedilmesi gibi neshin sebepleri fıkıh ilmi çerçevesinde veistinbat yöntemiyle ortaya konulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde ise neshin ibadetlerle alakalı ahkâma etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu bölümde bir taraftan neshin tahâret, namaz, oruç, zekat ve hacla alakalı hükümlere etkisi irdelenirken, diğer yandan fukahânın ibadete dair muhtelif meselelerdeki fıkhî ihtilaflarına yer verilmiştir. Çalışma alanımızla ilgili fıkhî meseleler, dört mezhebe ait temel kaynaklardan tümevarımsal bir yöntemle sonuca ulaştırılmıştır. This study investigates the reasons of abrogation (Naskh) and it's impact on regulations of religious observances. The study includes an introduction and three chapters. The first chapter dealt with the concept of abrogation and it's evidence, conditions, pillars and kinds. The researcher used the applied inductive approach by inducting the verses in addition to it's evidences. The second chapter involves the reasons of jurisprudence abrogation which include the abrogation formitigation, graduation and changing the place. Moreover the abrogation that brings profits and avoidsharm; by using the inductive approach to clear the reasons of it. Thus the third chapter explores the effect of abrogation on the religious observances like purity, praying, fasting, poor-due (Zakat) and pilgrimage. Clarifying the rational issues of jurispurdent views by using the inductive approach from the four schools of sharia.
