3713 Sayılı Terörle Mücadele Kanunu ve 2330 sayılı Nakdi Tazminat ve Aylık Bağlanması Hakkında Kanun kapsamında belirtilen görevleri yerine getirirken çalışma gücünün %60 oranında azalması veya görevini yerine getiremeyecek şekilde meslekte gelir elde etme kazanma gücünün kaybedilmesi sebebiyle vazife malulü olan kişilere muhtaçlık çekmeden ve sosyal dışlanma yaşamadan yaşamlarını devam ettirebilmeleri için ilgili kanunlar çerçevesinde istihdam hakkı tanınmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, istihdam hakkını kullanarak çalışmaya devam eden vazife malullerinde iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılık ilişkisini araştırmaktır. Nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modelinin kullanıldığı araştırmaya yönelik bir araştırma modeli oluşturulmuş ve hipotezler geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma örneklemini kolayda örneklem yöntemiyle tespit edilen 403 vazife malulü oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Minesota İş Tatmini Ölçeği (ÖİİÖ) ve Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği (SBÖ) kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler hipotez testleri kullanılarak değerlendirilmiş ve bulgulara ait sonuçlar incelenmiştir. İş tatmini ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında orta seviyede pozitif yönlü bir ilişki (r=0,431, p<0,05) bulunmuştur. Demografik değişkenler açısından, yaş, deneyim ve ücret artıkça vazife malullerinin iş tatmini artmaktadır. Eğitim ve medeni durum ile iş tatmini arasında bir ilişki tespit edilememiştir.bulunamamıştır. Vazife malullerinin deneyim, ücret, yaş, eğitim seviyesi arttıkça örgütsel bağlılığı artmaktadır. Ayrıca evli vazife malullerinin bekar olanlara göre örgütsel bağlılıkları daha yüksektir. Elde edilen sonuçlar iş tatminin örgütsel bağlılık üzerinde etkili olduğunu açıklayan literatürle uyumludur. In order for people who become disabled due to a 60% decrease in their working power while performing their duties specified within the scope of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 3713 and the Law on Cash Compensation and Pensions No. 2330, or due to the loss of their earning power in the profession so that they cannot fulfill their duties, they can continue their lives without being dependent and experiencing social exclusion. The right to employment is granted within the framework of relevant laws. The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in duty disabled people who continue to work by using their right to employment. A research model was created and hypotheses were developed for the research in which the relational screening model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used. The research sample consists of 403 duty disabled people identified by convenience sampling method. Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale (OSBS) and Organizational Commitment Scale (OSAS) were used as data collection tools in the study. The obtained data were evaluated using hypothesis tests and the results of the findings were examined. A moderate positive relationship (r=0.431, p<0.05) was found between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In terms of demographic variables, job satisfaction of disabled people increases as age, experience and salary increase. No relationship was found between education and marital status and job satisfaction. As the experience, salary, age and education level of the service disabled people increase, their organizational commitment increases. In addition, married employees have higher organizational commitment than single employees. The results obtained are consistent with the literature explaining that job satisfaction is effective on organizational commitment.
