Bu araştırmanın amacı ilkokul ve ortaokulda Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi dersi eğitimi alan 4, 5, 6, 7 ve 8. sınıf öğrencilerinin okul dışındaki informal ortamlarda edindikleri yanlış dini bilgilerinin ortaya çıkartılmasıdır. Araştırmanın konusu DKAB öğretim programı çerçevesinde sınırlandırılmıştır. Yanlış dini öğrenmelerin tespiti için nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışması seçilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi ile belirlenmiştir ve Uşak il merkezi ve ilçelerinde öğrenim gören resmi ilkokul ve ortaokulların farklı yerleşim birimlerindeki ve sınıflardaki öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlar inanç, ibadet, ahlak, Hz. Muhammed, din ve kültür konu başlıkları altında incelenmiştir. Araştırmadaki tespitlere göre öğrencilerin en çok inanç ve ibadet konularında yanlış bilgilerinin olduğu görülmüştür. Allah'ın gökyüzünde yaşaması, meleklerin cinsiyetinin kız olması, Hz. Muhammed'in Kâbe' nin sahibi olması, duanın sadece camide yapılması, cinlerin hepsinin kötü olması, şeytanın kırmızı renkli boynuzlu bir varlık olması, zekâtın zorunlu bir ibadet olmadığı, organ bağışının günah olduğu gibi birçok yanlış öğrenmelerin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yanlış bilgilerin kaynaklarının ise aile, çevre, arkadaş ortamı, internet, TV, sosyal medya gibi kitle iletişim araçları olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğrencilerin birçoğunun da dini konularda kendi tahminlerine göre fikirler ürettikleri ve bunu doğru zannettikleri tespit edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin yanlış bilgilerinin düzeltilmesi noktasında DKAB dersinin gerekli olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. The aim of this research is to reveal the incorrect religious information that 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students who receive Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge courses in primary and secondary schools acquired in informal environments outside of school. The research was limited within the framework of the religious culture and ethics curriculum. Qualitative research method was used to detect false religious learning. In the research, case study was selected from qualitative research designs. The study group of the research was determined by maximum diversity sampling and it consists of students from different settlements and classes of public primary and secondary schools studying in Uşak city center and districts. Research data was obtained with a semi-structured interview form. The data obtained was analyzed with descriptive analysis. The results obtained in the research were analyzed under the titles of belief, worship, morality, Prophet Muhammad, religion and culture learning areas. According to the findings of the research, it was seen that students had the most misinformation about belief and worship. It was determined that there were many misconceptions such as Allah living in the sky, the gender of angels being girls, Prophet Muhammad being the owner of the Kaaba, praying only in the mosque, all jinns being evil, Satan being a red colored being with horns, zakat not being a compulsory worship, organ donation being a sin. It was concluded that the sources of misinformation are family, environment, a circle of friends, mass media such as internet, TV, social media. It was also found that many of the students produced ideas on religious issues according to their own guesses and thought that this was the truth. It was concluded that the Religious Culture and Ethics course is necessary to correct students' misinformation.
