Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, uluslararası öğrencilerin Türk toplumunun yaşam tarzına yönelik görüşlerini belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, uluslararası öğrencilerin Türk toplumunun yaşam tarzına yönelik tutumları araştırılmış ve bu tutumlar ile çeşitli değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Araştırma evrenini 2021-2022 eğitim-öğrenim yılında Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi'nde Türkçe eğitimi, İngilizce ve Arapça hazırlık eğitimi ile önlisans, lisans ve lisansüstü düzeylerinde öğrenim görmekte olan 2201 uluslararası öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi dâhilinde uygun örnekleme yöntemi yolu ile evrenden ulaşılan 303 öğrenci çalışmaya katılmıştır. Araştırma verileri 9 maddelik kişisel bilgiler formu ve 22 maddelik Likert tipi beşli derecelendirme tutum ölçeği aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Betimsel tarama modelinin kullanıldığı bu çalışmanın sonucunda, halen devam edilen akademik birim, Türkiye'de bulunma süresi, üniversiteden memnuniyet düzeyi, ekonomik durum ve yerli halk ile olan yüz yüze iletişim düzeyi değişkenlerine göre uluslararası öğrencilerin Türk toplumunun yaşam tarzına bakışlarında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir. Cinsiyet, yaş ve barınma yeri değişkenlerine göre ise uluslararası öğrencilerin Türk toplumunun yaşam tarzına bakışlarının farklılık göstermediği tespit edilmiştir. The main purpose of this research is to determine international students' perspectives on the lifestyle of Turkish society. For this purpose, the attitudes of international students towards the lifestyle of Turkish society were investigated and the relationships between these attitudes and various variables were examined. The research population consists of 2201 international students receiving Turkish education, English and Arabic preparatory education and studying at associate, undergraduate and graduate levels at Süleyman Demirel University in the 2021-2022 academic year. Within the sample of the research, 303 students selected from the population by convenience sampling method participated in the study. Research data were collected through a 9-item personal information form and a 22-item Likert-type five-point rating attitude scale. As a result of this study, in which descriptive survey model was used, it was found that there was a significant difference in international students' views on the lifestyle of the Turkish society according to the variables of the academic unit they are currently attending, the duration of stay in Turkey, the level of satisfaction with the university, economic situation and the level of face-to-face communication with the local people. It has been determined that international students' views on the lifestyle of Turkish society do not differ according to gender, age and place of residence variables.
