Teknoloji hazırbulunuşluğu ve teknoloji tutumu, bireylerin yaşamlarında teknolojiyi kabul etme durumunu göstermektedir. İşe tutkunluğun ise çalışanların işine bağlanmasını sağlayarak performansı etkilediği düşünülmektedir. Buradan hareketle bu araştırmada, teknoloji hazırbulunuşluğunun ve teknoloji tutumunun bireysel performansa etkisinde işe tutkunluğun aracılık rolününün araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma verileri beş bölümden oluşan anket formu yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Isparta Şehir Hastanesi'nde çalışan 2022 Ağustos ayı tarihiyle geçerli 2055 sağlık çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 432 kişiden veriler toplanarak veri seti oluşturulmuştur. Verilerin analiz aşamasından önce demografik bulgulara, geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik analizlerine bakılmıştır. Araştırma amacına göre önerilen hipotezlerin test edilmesi için SPSS 22 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular değerlendirildiğinde teknoloji hazırbulunuşluğunun iyimserlik, yenilikçilik ve güvensizlik boyutları ile teknoloji tutumunun işe tutkunluk üzerinde, teknoloji hazırbulunuşluğunun iyimserlik ve yenilikçilik boyutu ile teknoloji tutumunun bireysel performans üzerinde etkisinin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bununla birlikte işe tutukunluk aracı değişkeninin analize dâhil edilmesiyle teknoloji hazırbulunuşluğunun anlamlı sonuç vermeyen boyutlarının da bireysel performans üzerinde anlamlı sonuç verdiği görülmüştür. Araştırma sonuçları genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde teknoloji hazırbulunuşluğunun tüm boyutları ile teknoloji tutumunun bireysel performans üzerindeki etkisinde işe tutkunluğun aracılık rolü anlamlı sonuç vermiştir. Technology readiness and technology attitude show individuals acceptance of technology in their lives. It is thought that work engagement affects performance by ensuring that employees become attached to their work. Based on this, in this research, it is aimed to investigate the mediating role of work engagement in the effect of technology readiness and technology attitude on individual performance. The research data were collected with the help of a questionnaire consisting of five parts. The population of the rearch consists of 2055 healthcare workers working at Isparta City Hospital as of august 2022. Data was collected from 432 people who agreed to participate in the research and a data set was created. Before the analysis phase of the data, the validity and reliability analyzes of the democratic findings were examined. SPSS 22 program was used to test the proposed hypotheses fort he purpose of the research. When the findings obtained in the research are evaluated, it was concluded that the optimism, innovation and insecurity dimensions of technology readiness and technology attitude have an effect on work engagement, technology readiness on the optimism and innovation dimension and the technology attitude on individual performance. However, by including the work engagement mediator variable in the analysis, it has been seen that dimensions, which do not give meaningful results, of technology readiness, also give meaninful results on individual performance. When the results of research were evaluated in general, the mediating role of work engagement in all dimensions of technology readiness and the effect of technology attitude on individual performance has given significant results.
