The reasons for vacation are limited in lease agreement of residential premises and roofed workplaces. One of them is the written vacation agreement. For the existence of a valid written vacation agreement, acceptance of vacation must be in writing, the date of vacation must be specified, and the agreement must be concluded after the delivery of the object. However, in practice, unfortunately it is seen that the written vacation agreement is used in different ways against tenant as weak party. The post-filling of an undated vacation agreement is one of the most common examples of this. Thus, the tenant is compelled to accept even the illegal increase rate. However, the purpose of the provisions regarding lease agreement of residential premises and roofed workplaces is to protect the tenant, not the landlord.Konut ve çatılı işyeri kiralarında tahliye sebepleri sınırlı sayıdadır. Bunlardan biri de yazılı tahliye taahhüdüdür. Ne var ki, konut ve çatılı işyeri kirasına ilişkin hükümlerin amacı kiraya vereni değil, kiracıyı korumaktır.
