Obstetrik Doppler ultrasonografi uteroplasental ve fetomaternal dolaşımı değerlendiren non invaziv bir görüntüleme metodudur. Son 40 yıldır uygulanmaktadır. Bazı merkezlerde rutine giren, kimi merkezlerde de vakada herhangi bir patolojik durum varlığında (intrauterin gelişme geriliği vb...) başvurulan bir görüntüleme yöntemidir. Biz çalışmamızda, 2. ve 3. trimestrdeki 40 sağlıklı gebenin Doppler kontrollerini yaparak uterin arter, umblikal arter ve fetal orta serebral arter'in Pİ değerleri ile gebelik haftası ve doğum ağırlının korelasyonunu kontrol ettik. Çalışma grubuzda elde edilen Doppler indeks değerlerinden, gebelik haftasına göre bizim grubumuzun norm eğrilerini oluşturduk. Sonuç olarak, çalışmamızda gebelik haftası ile umblikal arter Pİ değeri arasında, negatif yönde lineer korelasyon saptadık. Diğer vasküler yapıların Doppler indeks değerleri ile gebelik haftası ve doğum ağırlığı arasında ise anlamlı korelasyon bulmadık. Anahtar Kelimeler: Obstetrik Doppler, uterin arter Doppler. |

Obstetric Doppler ultrasonography was demonstrate uteroplacental and fetomaternal circulation. Being performed for last 40 years. Obstetric Doppler, in some medical centers, is routinely used or it is used when a pathology (such as growth retardation) is suspected. In our study we examined healthy 2nd and 3rd trimester fourty pregnant patients with obstetric Doppler sonography. We calculate the PI and Rİ values of uterine, Pİ values of umblical and fetal middle cerebral arteries. We compare that values with their gestational weeks and birht weight. We recommended normal value curves for that mesurments in our population. In conclusion we have only, demonstrated a negative linear relationship between gestational week and umbilical artery PI value. In other vascular Doppler indices with gestationel weeks and birht weight non correlation demostrated. Keywords: Obstetrics Doppler, uterine artery Doppler. |
