Bu çalışma Temmuz 2006-Haziran 2007 tarihleri arasında Çukurca Dere ve Isparta Deresi üzerinden seçilen 6 istasyonda yapılmıştır. Belirlenen istasyonlardan mevsimsel peryotlarla fiziko-kimyasal su analizi için ve aylık peryotlarla taban büyük omurgasızlar için örnekler alınmış ve incelenmiştir. Ayrıca fizikokimyasal verilerle incelenen organizmalar arasındaki ilişki belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda taban büyük omurgasızlardan Turbellaria, Hirudinea, Crustacea, Amphipoda, Oligochaeta, Gastropoda ve Insecta'ya ait toplam 71 takson tespit edilmiştir. Taban büyük omurgasızlar içerisinde en baskın grup Insecta sınıfı olmuştur. Su kalitesi, fizikokimyasal verilere ve taban büyük omurgasızlara göre her istasyonda belirlenmiş ve birbirleriyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Çukur Dere ve Isparta Deresi' nde belirlenen organizmalara göre sıklık, baskınlık, çeşitlilik ve benzerlik analizleri de yapılarak su kalitesi sonuçları ile değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda Çukurca Dere ve Isparta Deresi'nde üç farklı su kalitesi basamağı belirlenmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Taban büyük omurgasız, su kalitesi, Çukurca Dere ve Isparta Deresi. |

This study, was carried out between the months July 2006- June 2007 in 6 choosen stations on Çukurca and Isparta Stream and its two tributaries. Seasonly, samples were taken from the choosen stations for physico-chemical water analyses and monthly, samples were taken from the choosen stations benthic macroinvertebrates and then they were examined. In addition to these, the relationship between the physico-chemical data and investigated organisms were determined. At the end of the study, a total 71 numbers of taxa which belong to Turbellaria, Hirudinea, Crustacea, Amphipoda, Oligochaeta, Gastropoda and Insecta were determined. Insecta was found to be the most dominant group among benthic macroinvertebrates. Quality of water was determined at each station according to the physco-chemical data and benthic macroinvertebrate organisims and compared with each other. According to the organisms of Çukurca and Isparta Stream the frequency, dominancy, diversity and similarity analiyses were performed and they were compared whit the results of water quality. The results of this study revealed that three different levels of water quality were present Çukurca and Isparta Stream.
