Taguchi, ortogonal dizinleri kullanarak, hedef değere ulaşmak için yapılan deney sayısını azaltmış ve az deneyle kontrol edilemeyen faktörlerin etkisini de en küçükleyen bir deney tasarlamayı amaçlamıştır. Uygulamada yapılan deney sayısının azalması zaman ve maliyet kazancı sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, askeri bir fabrikada yakılan üç tip kimyasal maddenin günlük yakılan toplam miktarı maksimize edilmeye çalışılmış ve problemin çözümü için Taguchi yönteminden faydalanılmıştır. Uygulamada amaca uyan faktör ve seviyeler belirlenerek uygun ortogonal dizin seçilmiş ve deneyler 3'er kez tekrar edilmiştir. Deney sonuçları, S/N Oranına göre hesap tablosu uygulanmış varyans analizi ve Taguchi yöntemleri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Uygulanan yöntemler ve sonuçlar incelenmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Taguchi who reduces the number of experiments by using orthogonal arrays for obtaining the target value, intended to design an experiment method that minimize the effects of factors which cannot be controlled by a few experiments. In application decreasing numbers of experiments supply saving time and cost benefits. In this study, the sum of daily burning quantity for three different types of chemical materials burning in a military factory is tried to be maximized and the Taguchi method is used for this purpose. In application, the factors and levels suiting the purpose were defined and the experiments were repeated three times after proper ortogonal arrays are chosen. The results of experiments are analyzed by using Taguchi method and variance analyses method which calculating table according to S/N ratio were applied. The methods were applied and the results are evaluated after analyzing. Keywords: Taguchi Method, Experimental Design, Orthogonal Directories. |
