dc.description Today, electricity and heating demand of residences are provided from differant places. In this way, for electricity and heating demand in conventional power plants, thirty three percent of fosil fuel based energy could be converted to electircal energya and sixty six percent of energy rejected to the environment as cooling water. In addition, fuels used in these systems like coal, petrol and derivetives, natural gas and biomass as energy resources decreased day by day and consideration of CO2, CH4, N2O, NOX, CO emissions and inresing energy efficiency being more important recently. Cogeneretion (combined heat-power generation) systems defined as production of electricity and heat energy synchronously. The top property of combinedelectricity and heat systems, because of the close settlement of the plant to heat and electricity consumption centers, it doesn.t need energy transportation lines and line losses are disappearanced. Because of in Turkey loss/leaked ratio is almost 20% at high level value, cogeneration Technologies becomes more important which decreased this ratio to zero levels. In these systems fuel energy is used more effficient, it is saved from fossil fuels which are gradually decreasing and fear of global warming is decreased by rejected less carbondioxide. With this system, the exhaust gases during the production of electrical energy being taken on the heat energy, recycling and elimination of losses in the transmission of electrical energy, the system efficiency of %90-92 to was removed. Housing availability and yield analysis of the system was established. Keywords: Cogeneration, Residence, Energy Analysis, Energy Efficiency.
