Bu araştırma, Burdur İlinde faaliyet gösteren gökkuşağı alabalığı işletmelerinin yetiştiricilik ve yapısal özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla 26 adet karada ve 39 adet kafeslerde yetiştiricilik yapan gökkuşağı alabalığı işletmesinde anket uygulanmıştır. Burdur İlinde bulunan gökkuşağı alabalığı işletmelerinin %40.0'ının kara tesisi ve %60.0'ının kafes tesisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İşletmelerin %89.2'sinin faal, %6.2'sinin faal olmadığı ve %4.6'sının üretime yeni başlayanları oluşturmaktadır. Burdur İlindeki tesislerin yol durumu incelendiğinde %66.2 asfalt ve %33.8 stabilize şeklinde tespit edilmiştir. İşletmelerin %93.4'ünün ekstrude yem, %3.4'ünün pelet yem, %1.6'sının pelet+yaş yem ve %1.6'sının ekstrude+kendi imalatı yem kullandığı belirlenmiştir. Yavru ve porsiyon balığa uygulanan desteklemeden işletmelerin %62.3'ünün memnun olduğu, %37.7'sinin memnun olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Hem kara hem de kafes tesislerinde birim alandaki (kg/m3) üretim miktarları, üretim kapasitelerine göre istatistiksel olarak önemli derecede farklılık göstermiş (P<0.05). Araştırma sonuçlarının yorumlanması ki-kare ve varyans analiz yöntemleri ile yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak gökkuşağı alabalığı işletmelerinin yapısal, yetiştirme, çevre duyarlılığı ve alet-ekipman durumları değerlendirilmiştir. This research was aimed to determine production and structural characteristics of the rainbow trout enterprises in Burdur. For this purpose, a survey was conducted to 26 rainbow trout enterprises which were onland and 39 rainbow enterprises which were in the inland water cages. It has been found out that 60.0% percent of the rainbow trout enterprises in Burdur are cage enterprises and 40.0% percent of them are land enterprises. 89.2% of them is active, 6.2% of them is inactive and 4.6% of them has just started to produce. When the road conditions of these enterprises in Burdur were investigated, it was found out that 66.2% percent of them are asphalt-paved roads and 33.8% percent of them are gravel road. Enterprises classified according to using feed such as, 93.4% of them use for feeding extrude pelleted feed, 3.4% press pelleted feed, 1.6% press pelleted+wet feed, and 1.6% extrude pelleted+own production feeds. It is determined that the 62.3% of the enterprises is pleased from the supporting which is practiced on the fry and portion-size fish and the 37.7% of them is not pleased. Both on the land and cage enterprises there were statistically significant differences among the production capacity means (P<0.05) produced per unit area (kg/m3). Interpretation of research results were made analysis of variance and chi-square methods.As a conclusion, the structural, breeding, environmental sensitivity and, tools - equipment of Rainbow trout enterprises were evaluated.
