Bu tez çalışmasında, veri toplama ve veri analiz yöntemleri hakkında araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında, windows ve web uygulamaları oluşturulmuştur. Windows uygulaması, veri girişi ve veri analizi için tasarlanmıştır. Web uygulaması, internet ortamında veri toplamak için geliştirilmiştir.Windows uygulaması için Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) teknolojisi, web uygulaması için Silverlight ve ASP.NET teknolojileri kullanılmıştır. Uygulamaların kod bölümlerinde C-Sharp programlama dili kullanılmıştır. Uygulamalarda veritabanı olarak XML kullanılmıştır.Parametrik ve parametrik olmayan analiz yöntemleri incelenerek, en çok kullanılan yöntemler geliştirilen yazılıma dahil edilmiştir. Analizler için geliştirilen yazılımda kullanılmak üzere örnek anket çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Örnek anket çalışmalarından elde edilen veriler geliştirilen yazılım ile analiz edilmiştir. In this study, a research related with data collection and data analiysis methods has been carried out. Within the context of the research, windows and web application was formed for data collection on the internet. In the application, the analysis methods preferred most and related coding were carried out.For windows application Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) technology and for web application Silverlight and ASP.NET Technologies were used. İn the applications C-Sharp programming language was used. The data were saved in XML based data files.Survey studies were done for analysis. The data gained from surveys were tested using the application developed. The surveys were tested with IBM SPSS Statistics v19 program. The result taken from both applications were compared.
