Bu tez çalışmasında, tesadüf bloklarında eksik gözlem tahmininden sonra yapılan F testi I. tip hata ve testin gücü bakımından farklı yöntemlerle birbirleriyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmada ele alınan testler için 3 gruplu denemeler seçilmiştir. Bu denemelerde grupların alınmış oldukları popülasyonların; Z (0, 1) dağılımı gösteren popülasyonlar olduğu varsayılarak gruplardaki gözlem adetleri (blok) eşit olacak şekilde örnekler alınmış ve bu örneklerde 1000000 simülasyon denemesi sonucunda, gerçekleşen I. tip hata olasılığı ve güç değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, küçük örnek genişliklerinde yeni yöntem ve ortalama, Yates. den daha kötü sonuçlar vermiştir. Büyük örnek genişliklerinde Yates ve yeni yöntem benzer sonuçlar göstermiştir. In this study, applied randomized block design F test, after missing value estimate (Yates). That were compared in terms of type I error rate and power of the test by new method and group mean approaches. The experiments containing 3 groups were choosen. In the experiments, the samples including equal observations were drawn from populations, Z (0, 1) distribution. Type I error rate and power of the test were obtained from the samples of 1000000 simulation trials. As a result, New tests and group mean provided more unreliable results than the Yates for both small sample size. New tests and Yates provided similar results for both large sample size.
